Sunset Beach Resort is a destination wedding venue specializing in beach weddings in Siesta Key, Florida. The venue is a family-owned resort located on Siesta Key Beach. Have your wedding on the beach, exchanging your vows on the white sand as the waves crash against the shore. You can have your reception at the venue and also stay overnight. During the on season, the venue has a seven-night minimum stay and during the off season, it has a five-night minimum. Cherish an unforgettable rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception and next-day brunch at this gorgeous waterfront location.

Facilities and Capacity
The on-site reception area can accommodate up to 200 guests. If you have your ceremony on the beach, it will be marked for your private use that day. Following the ceremony you can have your reception in the reception area. There is also parking available on site for at least 45 cars.

Services Offered
If you have your wedding during turtle season (May 1-Nov. 1), there are lighting restrictions. Your celebration would have to be tented and you can only use amber LED lights inside the tent. The owners grew up in Siesta Key. In fact, four generations of their family lived in this paradise, and they would love to assist you in having a beach wedding that you’ll remember forever.

Accommodation
The are various accommodation spaces available. Each of them has at least one bed and one bathroom, sleeping at least four people. The largest space can accommodate 11 people and has two bathrooms. These beachfront spaces overlook the private beach, where you’ll have breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. Amenities vary by accommodation, but include private decks, beach chairs, a gas grill, cable and internet, and a washer and dryer. The largest beach house is even equipped with a 50-foot heated swimming pool.

Location
Siesta Key, a small cosmopolitan island with white sand, is a dream-like place for a vacation or destination wedding. At Sunset Beach Resort, you can have a fairy tale wedding with glittering water and colorful sunsets in the background of your photos. Relax and enjoy your time away from home with hammocks, kayaks and paddle boards. You can park your car for your entire stay, as everything you need is within walking distance. A few blocks away, you’ll find Siesta Key Village, which has shops and restaurants.
