From start to finish, she was organized, responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in making sure our day was perfect. We met monthly leading up to the wedding, and she was incredibly accommodating to our schedules, often with evening meetings after our 9-5s. Her attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs was unmatched. We did not have to give a single thought as to what needed to get done: she was always one step ahead of us and made sure to keep us on track. I especially loved the platform that she uses, which made checklists, guest tracking, and table planning super easy. She has an incredible network of vendors under her belt, which made even some of our niche asks - such as a cigar bar setup, and live calligraphy - possible.

On the wedding day itself, everything ran flawlessly. We were able to fully relax and enjoy every moment knowing that our planner had everything handled. Literally everything went completely according to schedule, thanks to her. If there were any issues, we had no idea that they happened because she took care of it. So many of our guests told us it was the best wedding they had ever been to, and we have Virginia and her team to thank. Virginia was our planner for our wedding in June! She was very organized and super helpful. We hired her to help with mostly just the months leading up to the wedding. She was amazing and worked with all our vendors to ensure contracts and details were all finalized. Very thorough with all our vendor details and day of logistics. I'm not kidding when I say that she was like a friend during all this process. And I'm not kidding when I say that we had the dream team led by her, I am from latín america and the majority of my family who was attending the wedding didnt speak english and from the side of my husband family they dont speak spanish… and virginia made everything work perfectly between the two families talking and translating any questions they had! She speaks both languages and that is a HUGE plus.
