Booking Virginia as our wedding planner was the best decision we made for our wedding! She made the entire planning process so easy and ensured that everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Virginia took the time to understand our vision and connected us with vendors who perfectly brought it to life, every recommendation she made was spot on.
Her communication skills are exceptional, she kept us organized and on schedule, helping us stay on top of decisions and deadlines without ever feeling overwhelmed. Virginia handled all of the vendor coordination to ensure everyone knew the schedule and how to implement our vision.
She was also open to our ideas and flexible, managing last-minute changes to the guest list without missing a beat. Whenever we had a question or request, we knew we could count on Virginia to take care of it promptly and professionally.
Thanks to her, we had a wonderful wedding and were able to fully enjoy our wedding day knowing everything was in expert hands. -

My husband and I couldn't have asked for a more amazing wedding planner! From the very first meeting, it was clear that Virginia had an incredible attention to detail and a true passion for making our dream wedding a reality. Every aspect of our wedding was planned meticulously, from the overall vision down to the smallest details. I would often rely on Virginia for advice, input and suggestions and she delivered each and every time! She curated a fantastic list of vendors and managed the timeline of the day of the wedding with such grace and precision that everything flowed seamlessly. What really stood out to me was her ability to listen to our ideas and elevate them to a level we hadn't even imagined. She was there every step of the way, offering creative suggestions, and solving problems we didn't even know existed and ensuring that the planning process was stress-free. On the day of the wedding, we didn't have to worry about a thing because we knew she had it all under control. She managed everything behind the scenes, allowing us to truly enjoy the day with our family and friends. I'm not kidding when I say that she was like a friend during all this process. And I'm not kidding when I say that we had the dream team led by her, I am from latín america and the majority of my family who was attending the wedding didnt speak english and from the side of my husband family they dont speak spanish… and virginia made everything work perfectly between the two families talking and translating any questions they had! She speaks both languages and that is a HUGE plus.
Virginia is a person who listens to you and she always tries to understand even the craziest of your ideas and makes them come true. Very dedicated, responsible, organized and down to earth with these qualities our planning process was as easy and less stressful as we could.

Being a 2020 bride was difficult to say the least, from the constant nagging feeling like maybe we should just postpone or cancel while we watched COVID rates ebb and flow, to the many last-minute changes (and declined RSVP’s), but Virginia was there with us through it all.
Having Virginia step in for the month of our wedding meant that I could focus on the family matters while she handled the vendors. When one of our groomsmen and one of our bridesmaids could no longer make it, Virginia got their speeches on video to be played live at the wedding and coordinated with our livestream vendor to ensure those watching from home were all set too.
Virginia’s management of the wedding weekend timeline was flawless, from start -- disseminating the timeline to all vendors and immediate family members with updates as changes were made, to finish -- running our wedding exactly on time. Virginia and her assistant stepped in when our caterer was over an hour late and even went above and beyond by providing guidance to the catering staff. Virginia also offered creative guidance for the final design of our tablescapes and ensured that our vision came to fruition.
In the end, our wedding day was perfect and that is entirely because of Virginia. She was positive and encouraging when things got challenging toward the end, and we could not have done it without her.

Virginia was incredible work with! We couldn't have done everything without her. I hired her for the day of planning and she was so organized, professional and calm as the day of the wedding always gets hectic. She finished last minute details, helped coordinate with all our vendors, even decorated the tables and made sure all my family was lined up and ready for the ceremony. The timeline she created for us was so helpful and it really made the day go smoothly for us and all our guests. Even though she was a day of planner, she checked in throughout the whole process. She thought of so many small details that I wouldn't have. Also, I love how on her planning form she said I could answer help lol! She is passionate at what she does and it shows! I would definitely recommend Virginia! -

We had a wonderful experience with Stylish Planning by VFS. Virginia was our month-of/day-of coordinator. I didn't realize how many details go into planning a wedding and running everything smoothly in the days leading up to the event (and the wedding itself) for a wedding of about 150 people, many from out of town. Without Virginia's help, I think that we would have been very stressed! Virginia had excellent attention to detail and ensured that everything ran seamlessly: the set-up, the ceremony, photos, speeches, dinner, clean-up, etc. She worked through these details and a timeline with us prior to the wedding. We had such a beautiful wedding day and believe that a large part of this was due to Virginia's professionalism and excellent event management skills. She also helped us to integrate both of our families' traditions (Venezuelan, Midwestern) into the wedding with creativity. Finding Virginia was one of the best decisions to make such a beautiful wedding! -

From the moment we started speaking about her being the coordinator for my big day, if was amazing communication and flexibility. She put her heart and soul to ensure that my day went absolutely perfectly from speaking with my vendors to creating the most perfect timeline. She took all of my wants and needs and made them into the most beautiful reality. She made sure I was happy every step of the way and gave great advice when I had no idea what to do. The best part was that my family loved her and it took such a huge weight off of their shoulders as well. I had Virginia for the month of coordination that included the big day and I must say, she was immaculate. She loves what she does and that shows through her work ethic and personality. My day wouldn't have been as perfect without her for sure. Thank you Virginia for being so kind, organized, and patient. We are so happy to have had you!! -

I seriously could not have made it through my wedding planning and day without Virginia! I’m a type A highly detailed person, so it was difficult for me at first to let someone help me. Even though I only had the ‘day of’ package, I was surprised how much help with the planning was included. When the venue’s staff became poor with responding, Virginia gently pressed them so I could focus on other things. I felt less stressed in general because I had her help. There were a few hiccups on the wedding day, but Virginia and her staff were very helpful.
