We could not have been more pleased with Struck Catering! Due to COVID-19, we made a last minute change of plans 1.5 months before our wedding to ditch the venue and host a 50 person wedding in my parents backyard. We hired Struck Catering without reading a single review, or knowing anything about them, because we were desperate and knew that we really couldn't be picky... this turned out to be THE BEST thing we did for our wedding! Barbara was a pleasure to work with leading up to the event - she scheduled a full tasting and even came out to the house to take a look at the yard with very short notice. She answered my emails and phone calls promptly and was SO helpful as I scrambled to figure out how to plan an intimate at home wedding with so little time. On the day of the wedding, the food was PHENOMENAL! Guests were raving and many remarked that it was the best wedding food that they had ever had! The appetizers were great, our plated meals were hot, and there were so many thoughtful little touches throughout the night that we appreciated so much. My husband doesn't like salad but loved the cornbread croutons (heavenly!) and there was a plate of them served to him when everyone else received their salads. I remarked at the tasting that I didn't know how I would decide between the butternut squash raviolis and the sirloin for my meal - and at the wedding they served me both! Cindy was an excellent day of coordinator and made sure everything ran smoothly, made sure that our drinks were always full, and made the event a total success. We will absolutely hire Struck again for future celebrations! The best!
