Premier Bar Service + Catering

Before we had committed to Premier Catering for our wedding, they were very responsive and interested in helping with ease. After taking a look at their different menu options, we decided they were the best choice and we’re so happy we made that decision! We worked alongside Melissa who was on top of everything with making great suggestions and accommodating to our little changes through every step of the process. During our tasting, they were extremely attentive and made sure we tried everything we had interest in trying, and more! This helped so much with finalizing our plated dinner menu options. Premier worked seamlessly with the venue and other vendors for our wedding to the point where we had no doubts that our big day would be nothing but perfect. Many of our guests raved about the food, bar service and respectfulness of the catering staff. As the caterer is such an important piece to a wedding, they certainly made all decision making easy and they were always great to work with!

We hired Premier as servers and bar tenders for our wedding reception and they were so kind and helpful throughout the entire process. We had lots of questions as we were planning and coordinating with our caterer, and they were able to guide us through the process easily. The night of the event, the entire staff was so nice and thoughtful. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Premier Bar Service and Catering was wonderful to work with before and on our wedding day! We worked primarily with Melissa, and all through the months leading up to the wedding, she was communicative, answered our many questions, and kept us notified of what decisions needed to be made. On the day of, it was clear that her and all of the staff were experienced and knew how to run a wedding reception perfectly. They worked well with the other vendors, including PEAK Event Services for the rentals, and our external ice cream caterer. We got lots of complements from our guests about how delicious and hot all of the food was. They certainly made our wedding incredible.

Melissa and her staff were all really wonderful! We wanted some less conventional colors for our wedding tables and Melissa and her team knocked it out of the park for us. The hall was absolutely beautiful, and everyone was super attentive to all of our needs. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience! The food was great. Bar service was fast and friendly. Melissa was extremely patient fielding all of our questions leading up to the wedding, and helped us get perspective on quite a few of our planning challenges. The day itself was absolutely magical. Extremely glad that we went with Premier!

We loved working with Premier for our wedding for food, beverages, and more, and would recommend them without hesitation, especially for their flexibility!

Flexibility: Premier Catering stood out as one of the very few caterers willing to accommodate our unique vision. Lots of caterers downright refused to serve anything from other vendors or not on their menu. We wanted to include outsourced food, featuring our favorite dishes and culturally significant foods at our wedding. They seamlessly integrated appetizers, dinner buffet dishes, and desserts from various vendors, including a Filipino caterer and an entire roasted pig, a local bakery, and even our favorite bubble tea shop. Premier's team demonstrated remarkable versatility by cooking, reheating, serving, creating passed appetizers, or doing whatever was needed and ensuring whatever food it was was served properly.

Food: Premier's own culinary offerings were nothing short of exceptional. It was hard to pick from the menu because all the optioned sounded great. We were able to have a tasting, which helped make some adjustments and finalize our menu.

Beverages: Premier went the extra mile to source a specific beer that wasn't part of their standard menu, aligning perfectly with our wedding theme. Their commitment to tailoring every detail to our vision was evident.

Setup / Breakdown: Premier Catering handled the setup, arrangement, and breakdown of tables, chairs, place settings, and more for our ceremony, reception, and cocktail hour. They seamlessly integrated the venue's own equipment and also provided additional items like extra rectangular tables and high chairs. Their adaptability in making everything work harmoniously with our venue was truly impressive. We were surprised at how many different rental options they had, including coordinating the linens, cups, and plates with our chosen color scheme.

Staff: Throughout the planning process, Melissa, our coordinator, remained consistently attentive and responsive. Every staff member we encountered on the day of our wedding was exceptionally friendly and helpful. When a sudden rain shower threatened our outdoor ceremony, Premier's team sprang into action, drying off the chairs to ensure our guests' comfort. They even thoughtfully offered to prepare a plate of passed appetizers for us, knowing we might miss out while socializing with our guests or taking photos.

All in all, we'd recommend hiring them, especially if you want to do some flexible, unique, or creative and personal things with your wedding catering.

From the beginning Melissa was so helpful in planning our October 1023 wedding. We planned over a 1.5 year period and Melissa was so kind and patient as we decided what we were looking for.

We used premier for our catering and bar services and everything was excellent! The drinks were yummy and the bartenders were a blast. Our guests are still raving about the quality of the food. My favorites were the pork dumplings and beer braised short rib. Everything came out hot too which I’m sure is no easy feat at a venue that doesn’t have a full kitchen. I wish I took photos of the food too, because the presentation was great.

All of the staff was so nice and they helped execute my vision. I brought in all my own decor and Melissa and her staff did an amazing job setting everything up and breaking it down.

I would definitely recommend them to any family or friends looking for a caterer!

Premier was amazing - they helped fill in every gap we needed on our wedding day. They provided us the bar + bartenders, in addition to passed/stationary apps with servers. We worked with Melissa, who served as our day-of coordinator, and she was SO helpful in answering any question that popped up throughout our day. We are so happy we found them, and would recommend them to anyone :)

Rachel and her staff with Premier did a fantastic job with our September New England wedding. We wanted an open bar, knowing that our family and friends would take full advantage of the beverages provided. Rachel was incredibly helpful when we met to determine exactly what we would need to help make this idea a reality. We had four specialty drinks, each named after our family pets, and Rachel was able to help us create drinks that matched their personalities but would be efficient to create and serve on the day of. The staff working our wedding were professional and fun while maintaining a safe atmosphere for our guests. Their set up and service was seamless. I would recommend Premier for any couples in the area looking to hire a comprehensive bar-tending service.
