Chef Niki is the owner of Spices of the Sun, a multicultural catering company operating out of New York City, New York. Using her West Indian background, classic training, and experience working in the kitchen of a celebrity Chef, she creates fantastic dishes for weddings and other events with a Caribbean infusion. As an award-winning Chef, Chef Niki is passionate about food and always thrives to intrigue her customers. Chef Niki was classically trained and also worked for Chef Floyd Cardoz, winner of Top Chef Masters Season 3. She learned a lot under his leadership.
