I got to try her cake at a wedding in Chicago and it was honestly really good. I was actually helping my friend pick a wedding cake, and we ended up choosing her after going to one of her cake tasting days. Everything we tried stood out, so it felt like an easy decision. The final cake looked beautiful, but what stood out more was the taste: light, not too sweet, and something people actually finished. I saw a few people go back for seconds, which you don’t see often at weddings. You can tell she cares about what she’s making. Would definitely recommend.

We ordered this cake for our wedding last fall. I think the cake stole the show at our reception! Several of our guests came up to say how delicious & moist it was, including a whole group of my friends who insisted this was the 1st time they really enjoyed eating the cake at a wedding. It definitely made the day extra special & memorable! We'll be back to order again from Iced for our anniversary! :) All of the details we requested were executed beautifully. Overall, the baker put so much attention to detail & labor & care into our cake, which looked like an amazing work of art when it was finished! I'm attaching a photo here, but the photos don't do it justice--this cake was so stunning in person.

Meghan and James are amazing! My husband and I don't really love wedding cake, so when we were planning our wedding we wanted to do something special and unique for our guests. When we found Dipsy Desserts online, we were hooked! Meghan and James were so easy to work with (kind, attentive and quick to respond) and even hosted us for a tasting in their workspace. It was so hard to choose our flavors, drizzles and toppings -- they were all incredible. Night of our wedding, our guests were obsessed. They could NOT stop talking about Dipsy Desserts. The ice cream itself, the adorable ice cream cart, and the service provided onsite was perfect. Meghan and James exceeded all expectations! 5 out of 5 stars.

Our wedding day was a hit with this personalized touch!!!! You will definitely impress your guest. Guest continually asked us where did we get our cookies from. They were individually sealed and cute boxes so I didn’t have to do a thing!!!! Excellent favor worth the money! Very moist, buy the chocolate chip!!!!

Spinning J Bakery and Soda Fountain is part of our weekly routine. My new husband and I have been frequent visitors to this wonderful establishment in our neighborhood; we can't get enough of their pies. We knew immediately that we wanted to have pies at our wedding. Dinah is talented - everything she makes is delicious. She made sure to have our favorites: apple pie and raspberry, pear, ginger crumble pie. We also had smore, banana creme, and blueberry creme. The pies were one of the biggest "hits" of the wedding...people couldn't stop talking about them! Dinah also made bite-size cookies for the end of the evening that were also a hit! We are glad we didn't do a traditional wedding cake and highly recommend Dinah and Spinning J if you are considering pies for your wedding!

If you've never tried Chicago Cupcake, you should! They are essentially mini cheesecakes, and they are fantastic. We had 4 or 5 flavors at our wedding, and we had many guests tell us how much they enjoyed them. The price was reasonable, and you can either have them set up a display (on a table) or bring their food truck to hand out the cupcakes.
