I was actually helping my friend pick a wedding cake, and we ended up choosing her after going to one of her cake tasting days. Everything we tried stood out, so it felt like an easy decision.
The final cake looked beautiful, but what stood out more was the taste: light, not too sweet, and something people actually finished. I saw a few people go back for seconds, which you don’t see often at weddings.
