Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful and SO delicious. Brie and the Flourish team did an exceptional job with our wedding cake, working with us to stick within our budget while achieving the our dream design. They were happy to arrange a second tasting to allow us to make sure we were getting the flavors and combinations we were most excited by. The sugar flowers on the cake looked completely real and were absolutely stunning, and the result was more than we could have hoped for. This was hands-down the food highlight for me at our wedding!

I cannot describe my gratitude towards Flourish and how absolutely perfect, seamless, and DELICIOUS it was to work with them! We had a delightful time getting to choose our flavors and meet with the Flourish team at their bakery. They make you feel so incredibly special and provide you with one on one attention. Flourish brought our cake vision to life by utilizing our custom monogram and bringing the lace details from my veil to life on the cake as well. It was not only stunning but insanely delicious! We had guests gushing over the three different flavors we picked! Flourish was always very communicative and seamlessly worked alongside our other vendors.

Working with Bria to create and design our dream wedding cake was one of our favorite moments in the wedding planning process. Bria's creativity and nothing-is-off-limits attitude made the creative process so fun and enjoyable- and the final cake was even more stunning than we could have imagined. Not only that, but it tasted so amazing, just as delicious as the initial cake tasting! Bria made not one by two cakes for us! We held a small ceremony in my parents backyard during the height of covid for which she made the most beautiful mini-cake for our summer wedding. This past December she also made the most gorgeous christmas inspired wedding cake for our large reception. She puts a lot of thought into the initial sketches of the cakes and then makes them come alive. Only wish we had a third reason for one of her beautiful cakes.

We LOVED Bria and Flourish Cakes. Most wedding vendors are great at what they do, but there are some that go the extra mile to really stand out -- Bria is one of these. Her cakes are an artistic masterpiece, they taste delicious, and the level of customization that you can do is incredible. We got a 3-tier cake where each tier was a different cake that we got to custom build (for the same price!), and even though we majorly hyped up the cake before the wedding, it still exceeded expectations for most of our guests. Finally, Bria herself is a gem -- her passion for her craft shines through in every interaction, and we loved just hanging out with her! Highly highly recommended.

Bria created a true work of art for our wedding! The cake was delicious but the real artistry came from the amazing sugar flowers she created and the gorgeous intertwined ruffles. Bria was also great about working with our budget. She was responsive, super friendly, prompt and attentive to detail!! Working with Flourish and Bria made it easy to get exactly what we were looking for, a gorgeous, unique cake that was delicious!!

We wanted our wedding cake to be a unique cake that no one had seen before. Bria was able to turn our vision of flowers, water painting, and a peptide chain molecule into a stunning reality. She took what we envisioned and enhanced it to be elegant and almost too perfect to eat! Her sugar flower work is insane and people thought that they were real. The cake itself was delicious and it is clear Bria not only knows how to decorate well but how to bake to perfection! We can't wait to book with her again for an anniversary cake next year!

We worked with Flourish to design a small cake for 10 guests at our recent wedding. We took full advantage of the cake tasting and stuffed ourselves with different combinations of cake flavors, buttercream fillings and other additions. Bria was tons of fun to work with and she helped guide us to an amazing cake featuring alternating layers of chocolate and almond cake with coffee buttercream between two layers and dark chocolate ganache with a caramel drizzle between the third. We also added their chocolate crunchies and all of our guests said they were the tastiest component of the entire cake. If you're considering working with Flourish, and no matter what other flavors you decide on, add in those chocolate crunchies! We picked a simple semi-naked white buttercream finish and loved the simple yet classic final design. We felt the price was more than fair, especially considering the quality of the final cake. Next to actually getting married, this cake was the biggest highlight of our entire wedding celebration.
