Our wedding was at the Riviera in Lake Geneva, WI, which is a beautiful venue but where you have to bring in everything from the outside. My daughter and I did all of the wedding planning up to the final week. That is when Becky took over to coordinate all of our many vendors, their deliveries, their cleanup and to troubleshoot any challenges that came up. Because of Becky, my family was able to have the most relaxing and fun 3 days before the wedding that I could have ever imagined or hoped for. Without her we would have been running around those last 3 days (which she was!) and missed the relaxed quality family fun that we were able to have. I strongly recommend Becky to help with your wedding, especially if at a no frills venue like the RIviera. She didn't miss a beat and the wedding went off perfectly! It will be so much more fun your all of you!!

From the moment of our first phone call, I completely trusted Becky at Something Blue. I had the luxury of having Becky for full service and it SAVED me. She was beyond accessible throughout the whole process. From text messages calming me down when I was stressed, attention to details, referrals to other incredible vendors, top notch organization and all the laughs along the way. I cannot say enough about our great experience with Hayley from Something Blue. Planning was very stressful for us until we started working with Hayley and after just one meeting with her all of our questions were answered and everything we were worried about was addressed. Hayley’s communication was amazing! She responded quickly and always sent updated timelines throughout all of the tweaks and changes we made to our day. She even helped us get in touch with and get info from vendors that we were struggling to get a hold of. We had a bunch of candles and decor that we didn’t know exactly what we wanted to do with. Hayley took care of all the decorating and the set-up was stunning. It was such a weight off our shoulders to not have to ask our family/friends to help set up, and to not have to think through all of the design details. She brought all of our cards and gifts to our hotel room and tore down/packaged up all our decor at the end of the night. She was extremely helpful throughout the day and evening, making sure everyone knew where to go and taking care of any issues that came up. Overall, Hayley and the team at Something Blue made sure our day was flawless. It was truly the best money we spent for our big day and we still talk about how we have no idea how we would have pulled it off without Hayley.

I cannot say enough about Becky, and Something Blue! My husband and I met with her for the first time about 6 months before our wedding. We came to her with a venue, and a rough, and extremely disorganized idea of what we wanted for our wedding day. She managed to transform that into the best day of both of our lives. She handled everything from the vendors, ordering extra decorations AND having them shipped to HER house, to picking up our wedding license for us. We don't live in the Lake Geneva area so she was a complete godsend when it came to handling all the details. She recommended our church, photographer, rehearsal dinner venue, rental companies for decorations, and caterer, all of which we loved.

We had our reception at the Riviera Ballroom, which is beautiful, but to get the look we wanted we had to bring everything. I ended up ordering tables and chairs from one company, seating arrangements, random decorations and chalk boards from another company, and the linens, which she drove to pick up to save us money, from another. She completely handled the set up and it was beautiful! So many of our guests commented that it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been to. There is absolutely NO WAY I could have managed it on my own. The highlights of our reception were also her idea. We had a giant bear ice sculpture stomping on a Packers helmet that served Old Fashions, my husbands favorite drink, right when you walked in the venue. We also passed out glow sticks around 10:30 which was a huge hit.

The best part, my wedding experience wasn't stressful, not the planning, not the day of. I was in 3 other weddings this year and all of my girlfriends were complaining about how awful the planning was. I couldn't relate. I had a great time planning the best day of my life. Becky was my event coordinator, and she saved my life! By the end of our time together I was in tears because of how much I was going miss her. She not only helped me find vendors for the day of, but she also caught mistakes in contracts and reached out to vendors when I was unable to due to work. People in the wedding industry aren’t perfect and they make mistakes, especially when they are working with multiple brides, but Becky was on top of it ALL! Oh, and did I mention that we postponed our wedding because of COVID and Becky rescheduled every vendor to our new date and handled the contracts?!

Because of her, I was able to focus on my daily life while planning a wedding. I mean, who wouldn’t want that?!

Hayley was our day-of wedding planner and she was absolutely worth it...she provided more structure, guidance, and support for our wedding weekend than we even anticipated. Amazing!! Our daughter's wedding was absolutely perfect, thanks to Becky. She was totally on top of everything from the start of our planning to the end of our beautiful weekend at Lake Lawn Resort. It’s taken me a while to write this review, but I’ve been super busy since saying.. “I Do”.

It was literally three months ago that my husband Eric and I were married at Grand Geneva Resort and Spa.

We hired Something Blue and were assigned to Haley who coordinated our event on the day of...she was absolutely stellar.

Haley was super attentive to all of the details of our day and in my view went over and above the call of duty to make our day memorable and special.

She was patient, professional, creative and hugely resourceful. Although she was technically our”day of coordinator”... she was there before, during and after our event... which made everything perfect and helped us to create memories and an experience that we will never ever forget.

Our wedding was on Father’s Day and Becky, the owner, even stopped by our event to make sure all was going well.......AMAZING!
