Jennifer Rosen and Anne Dibartolo-Ortiz, the owners of the business, strive to curate one-of-a-kind celebrations that reflect each couple's individual relationship. This best-friend duo founded the company together after establishing their shared love of event planning. Offering assistance and support throughout the entire planning process, this team of planners combines their proficiency, partnerships, and love for event coordination in order to craft stunning celebrations.
Services Offered
Sincerely Chic Events boasts three wedding planning collections that couples can choose from: the Sweet Pea, the Rose, and the Peony. The Sweet Pea Package provides couples with month-of coordination services. Extensive email communication and day-of coordination are included in this collection. The company's Rose Package includes all of the services that are featured in the Sweet Pea Package, as well as design consultation, budget management, and planning support throughout the entire engagement period. Meanwhile, the Peony Package features all of the aforementioned services, as well as RSVP organization, vendor research, and vendor meetings. Moreover, Jennifer and Anne offer their planning assistance for the following events:

They helped us organize our whole wedding party in March of this year and everything went flawlessly. They were super communicative and organized, allowing me (the bride) to be as relaxed as possible during the planning of the event and also the day of. The team also remained in contact in the days after the event to make sure everything went perfectly and we got all of the things we wanted. Thanks to Jenn and the lovely team here!

Best money we spent for the wedding!
When I first started planning my wedding, I didn't think I needed a planner. Well, 2 months before the wedding I quickly realized we were going to need help but was concerned I wouldn't be able to find a month of coordinator this close to the wedding. Luckily, sincerely chic had my date open (9/17/2022) and I immediately booked with them! I worked with Anne who was AMAZING!! I seriously could not have had the wedding of my dreams without Anne. She was quick to respond, knowledgeable about everything wedding related, offered her honest advice and opinions when I asked her - I could go on and on. My wedding day was perfect and everything went smoothly...which I largely contribute to Anne. I can't thank her enough for all of her hard work. Highly recommend using sincerely chic for wedding planning!!

The perfect wedding coordinators!
Anne and Casey were amazing on our wedding day, I cannot thank them enough. I reached out to Anne about ten months before our wedding, and I am so glad I did. Anne is organized, thoughtful, and kind. Anne frequently checked in with me throughout the wedding planning process and provided me with so many helpful resources (detailed planning checklist, vendor recommendations, etc.). On the day of, I was so relaxed and enjoyed every moment of the day thanks to Anne and Casey. They thought of everything and were there to not only coordinate all vendor communication/set-up, but made sure our ceremony site look perfect, held up my dress for me while I prepared to walk down the aisle, poured champagne glasses for a champagne toast immediately following our ceremony, and even bustled my dress at the reception. They truly went above and beyond for us and we could not have asked for a better team. Thank you both again so much for making our day flawless, you are amazing!

All The Things
I captioned my review as “all the things” because that’s truly what Sincerely Chic was for us. I am by nature an anxious person. Couple that with the fact that I actually wanted to elope & was terrified to have a wedding. After booking Sincerely Chic, the girls right away got to work. We had a very casual first meeting with what I envisioned, but they also added their expertise with things I hadn’t even thought about or knew I needed to think about. Down to every last detail, they had it covered, including keeping all my vendors on the same page which was HUGE. Leading up to the big day, they were very accessible by email, phone, and text for any questions that suddenly came to mind. They didn’t just help with the details, but kept the flow on the actual day. I truly felt like they were family by the end of it- Jennifer even helped my mother bustle my dress! I cannot thank them enough!! If you’re hesitant about wedding planning & need someone to make sure you get “all the things” covered, book Sincerely Chic!

Made our planning experience virtually stress free!
I can't imagine how stressful our planning process would have been without Jenn and Anne! They were a breeze to work with and stuck with us as we stumbled over date and venue changes due to COVID. They were instrumental in the planning and execution of our big day and we could never have done it without them! I would recommend them to anyone looking for planning services. They are kind, professional, quick to respond, and easy to work with.

We got married this spring and were so lucky to work with Jenn! From start of planning to wedding day, I can't tell you how many times I told her I was so glad we had her! She knew all the right questions to ask, was attentive, responsive and took away any and every worry I had. She was exactly what I needed in my corner during this busy time! ❤️ I cannot recommend Jenn and the entire SCE team enough!!

Excellent Service
We worked with Anne for our October 2021 wedding. I booked the month of package and was so pleased with our services. She was always available to response to emails or questions that I had during the process. I used their packet of vendor suggestions and planning checklist to stay on track of my planning and it was so helpful. In the weeks leading up to the wedding I was so happy I chose month of coordination to take over final details with vendors, manage the day of timeline, and keep me sane!! I am so thankful for their team's help.

Absolutely Amazing
There are no true words to express my gratitude to Jenn, Anne & Julie. Jenn & Anne we’re there from the very beginning of our engagement, through the height of the pandemic, and to our wedding day about a year and a half later. We met Julie as we got closer to our wedding day, it it felt as if we were working with her the entire time as well. I truly cannot recommend Sincerely Chic enough. They are extremely passionate about what they do, very meticulous and genuinely just great women. They were always there answer questions, coordinate and reach out to our vendors, decorate and put together our reception space, pick up my flowers, and calm every ounce of anxiety I had.
If you’re wanting wedding planners, day or coordinators or just any help with your wedding, you MUST hire them.

I had the recent pleasure working with Anne and her dedicated and talented team at a recent wedding (as the couple’s Photographer). I have been in the industry for over a decade and I have worked with many planners and vendors. Anne really stood out as such a thoughtful, kind and very organized professional in her field. Her vision and creativity excels and her organization is completely amazing. All things you’d wish for in your wedding coordinator. Would Recommend in a Heartbeat!
Jenn and Anne of Sincerely Chic Events were absolutely AMAZING to work with! As an original 2020 bride turned 2021 bride (thanks COVID), planning a rescheduled wedding had the potential to be pure chaos. Jenn and Anne did not let that happen though. They were our constant source of reassurance. They were professional, personable, took charge when necessary, and were so helpful when it came to making decisions. These ladies truly went above and beyond to make sure we had the most special day! I would recommend them to any couple looking for top notch organization and planning for their flawless wedding day!
