Rustic Manor 1848 is a wedding venue in Hartland, Wisconsin. A newly renovated barn venue half way between Milwaukee and Madison with all of today's modern amenities. A comfortable setting with heating & AC throughout the entire facility, the barn can accommodate up to 275 guests with ADA restrooms, an expansive loft overlooking the main hall, bridal quarters, stunning views of the countryside and full service bar. In-house wedding planning and photography services along with string lighting are also available making Rustic Manor 1848 your one stop wedding location.

I have been in the hospitality industry for ten years with a focus on events and weddings for the past six. Prior to Rustic Manor 1848 I worked at multiple venues in the downtown Milwaukee area.
Weddings really are my passion. I love that I get to be a part of one of the most important days of peoples lives. There is so much joy and love involved on a wedding day, how could I not enjoy my job! My favorite part of weddings is the anniversary dance, especially when the last standing couple has been together 50+ years.
When I am not working you would most likely find me playing with my two dogs, reading a good book or going to trivia with my husband.
Also working in the hospitality industry for ten years, I joined the Rustic Manor 1848 team in 2022! My first coordinator position was for the Wisconsin Wildlife Federation and soon my journey led me to find my true passion; weddings. My favorite part about weddings is the First Look! There's something very special and intimate sharing that moment with either your partner, bridesmaids/groomsmen or mom/dad. When I’m not busy working events, I can be found enjoying life to the fullest and of course, playing with my dog and cat.
Hi, my name is Ashley and I'm an Event Manager and Wedding Planner at Rustic Manor 1848. In addition to managing events and assisting you on your wedding day, I'm also the girl behind our social media accounts. Prior to working in the hospitality field, I was a Business Teacher for 7 years who lived for planning school functions, coordinating meetings, and anything else that involved organization and event management! After getting married myself, I knew that weddings were something I was passionate about. Prior to joining the Rustic Manor 1848 team, I would help plan my loved ones bachelorette parties, weddings, and baby showers and now am so happy to say that I am able to do it as my job. It's true what they say, it doesn't feel like work when you love what you do! My favorite thing about weddings is bringing couples' visions to life and seeing their faces once the venue is perfectly set for the best day of their lives.
When I’m not your go-to wedding day gal, you can find me watching reality TV and playing cards with my husband.

The Rustic Manor 1848 is the perfect venue choice for your rustic, elegant, romantic wedding. The staff is incredible and always very helpful and professional. The property is well maintained and makes for wonderful backdrops for the most amazing wedding photos. We absolutely love shooting there and always have a great time working with their staff.
What else can I say except for stunning! This venue has so many magical qualities. You can lose yourself in the surrounding naturescapes or enjoy the evening in the newly upgraded barn with all the amenities that make this venue Rustic but without having to rough it. Whether you're getting married outdoors, in the main hall or in the hayloft, each venue has a very romantic and intimate feel to it. This is one of the best places for friends and family to come together and celebrate a wedding because it's setting and the staff are all stunning!
Beautiful and elegant for a farm wedding, one of my favorite venues!
