I was a little nervous about choosing a makeup artist because I have extremely sensitive skin and was having a pretty bad eczema flareup right before my wedding. In addition, I was not from the Santa Barbara area so it was difficult to schedule a trial. But I knew I needed to test run my makeup to make sure I didn't have a reaction the day of. Romina was so sweet and incredibly accommodating. I told her I wanted to feel like a better version of myself and to keep my makeup natural and beachy/summery since I was getting married on the beach. The weekend of my trial, my skin felt dry and sensitive but Romina knew what she was doing! My face stayed moisturized, my trial makeup lasted the whole day and didn't melt off my face in the sweaty Southern California summer sun. In addition, when I took it off - it didn't leave me sensitive. I was impressed with my perfectly natural, perfectly beachy/summery makeup look. The day of my wedding, she was amazing. Her calm and bubbly personality helped keep things fun. Which is important when you're doing your makeup super early in the morning. Once she was done, I looked in the mirror and was amazed with my final look. I had never felt so beautiful as I did on my wedding day and it was thanks to her! My makeup lasted the whole day and night even through all the sweating I did on the dance floor. I highly recommend her!

Romina is such a wonderful soul, I feel so grateful to have had the opportunity to spend my wedding morning with her! Just her presence was calming! But enough of that, her makeup artistry is perfect. She uses top of line luxury products and takes her time to ensure everything is applied properly and evenly. My makeup stayed for 12 hours, and then some (no really - couldn't get the gorgeous eye lashes off for days!). I am so grateful that I booked Romina, she truly was so lovely and talented!

Romina is an outstanding makeup artist. I usually do not wear a lot of makeup, so I told her that I didn't even know enough to be able to tell her what I wanted; instead, I showed her a few styles on Pinterest that I liked and I told her about my wedding dress and the overall theme. From that information, she did the most beautiful and fitting vintage-style makeup. I got lots of compliments--even from my photographer!--and I never gave my makeup another thought!
