Wedding Hair & Makeup in Santa Barbara

I had such a wonderful experience working with Liv Studios for my wedding from my bridal hair and makeup trial up to the wedding day. I worked mainly with Kristine and Melina and they did such a great job delivering my dream look. I really wanted a natural look for my makeup and Kristine went above and beyond. They also did hair and makeup for my entire bridal party and everyone looked so good. They are truly talented!

I have never felt so damn beautiful! The team at TEAM literally made my dreams come true with those extensions after losing my hair from chemo treatment. I've never gotten so many compliments about my hair and makeup as I did each day of our wedding weekend. They worked absolute magic and made me feel like the most gorgeous version of myself for all three events. But what made working with them even more special was how Mar went above and beyond with everything—helping coordinate photos, organizing shots, giving input on outfits, and even helping with accessories. It was like having the most talented, supportive friend by my side through it all. I also loved all those hours we spent together in the salon—getting to share personal stories and feeling that real connection made the whole experience so much more meaningful. They were incredibly understanding when we had to adjust our timeline due to my cancer treatment and never made me feel stressed. You are incredibly talented, and I cannot recommend TEAM highly enough!

If you want a wonderful lady to bring your hair vision dreams to life, you must go with Suzy of Blush and Bangs bridal hair and makeup styling. She was so friendly and easy to work with from the very start. Her prices were very reasonable compared to all other options in my area, especially having much different schedule needs than most. We had a Tuesday wedding and had to start getting ready by 430AM, and she was so prompt, arriving in style herself, which I was very impressed with. We had a trial session prior and worked out the kinks, and the day of was so easy and my hair style was flawless. She brought a sense of peace on my wedding day and I appreciated how well she worked with myself, as well as my bridesmaids. Make sure to use Suzy for your Wedding and she will not disappoint you. She made my Wedding Hair Dreams Come True! My Husband was blown away!

My hair dresser name is NOY. I have a long stubborn straight hair, and couldn't believe that she was able to do the hair design that I really want for my wedding. Hair all up!! She made a flower design with curls out of my straight hair :) My straight hair is so stubborn that she is the first one that did it the way I want it.

I cannot express enough how amazing Sierra was for my wedding day! From the initial consultation to the final touches, everything was perfect. She really took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire process. On the day of the wedding, Sierra arrived on time, was incredibly organized, and worked with such precision and care. The result was absolutely stunning! My hair looked exactly how I had imagined—elegant, timeless, and it lasted all day (and night) long!! I received SO many compliments, and I felt like the most beautiful bride! Beyond her incredible talent, Sierra was such a calming presence on what can be a stressful day. Her professionalism, creativity, and warm personality truly made all the difference. Christin and Ashe were amazing to work with! I searched hard to find a hair and makeup team in the Santa Barbara area that showed a true range of diversity on their websites. I was honored to be able to find and hire a Black-owned, women-owned, queer-owned team! I did a hair and makeup trial before my wedding and loved the look, but it didn’t hold up as well as I would have liked. I sent Christin and Ashe pictures and feedback, and they NAILED IT on my wedding day! They really took everything I said into consideration, and the result was amazing! More perfect that I could have imagined! They are true artists. Very friendly and fun to work with. Highly recommend.

Emily is a makeup goddess! She recently gave me and my sister a free consultation prior to our brother's wedding. She found the perfect colors, shades, and products for our look. On wedding day she was professional, fun, and incredibly SKILLED at the princess-rose, rustic-wedding chic look she advertises on her website!! The best part is that she highlighted our individual, and unique, features. This allowed us to feel like our authentic selves, only more radiant! I hired Michelle Silva of the Massage Gallery to give chair massages to my bridesmaids and helpers the night we all got together to make the wedding bouquets and centerpieces. We had ordered a large amount of bulk roses and it was a BIG job! I wanted to to do something special for all the ladies who were pitching in, and this turned out to be an amazing treat! Michelle came over to our house and gave a wonderful relaxing massage to each person, including our flower girl! She paid such kind attention to each of us, and was so sweet and fun to be with! Her pricing is very reasonable and her massages are heavenly!

Just Blow Drys did a wonderful job on the hair & makeup for my bridesmaids! All of the girls looked fantastic and were very happy with their services and experience at the salon. Andrea the bridal coordinator at the salon was very helpful in answering any questions I had and with scheduling the services. Great experience and very happy that I chose the salon for my bridesmaids!
