I can't say enough good things about Susie and her entire team!! From the moment I reached out about hair and makeup services for my wedding day, Susie responded within a few hours with kindness and professionalism. We scheduled a trial and in addition to being super receptive to the hair and makeup look I wanted (and specific requests to use my own products), she was simply SO amazing to be around! She was courteous enough to schedule a second trial with me as well, as I wanted to play around with more hair options. When you work with Susie, you immediately see that she cares about her clients and wants you to feel beautiful! She is naturally talented and does a fantastic job already, but she truly listened to every single thing I wanted leading up to wedding day, often responding to my emails same day. When the big day came, I felt so calm knowing my look would be catered to my wishes - and I loved how everything turned out (especially my makeup)!! Her and her team also showed up early on wedding day and even though we ran on a tight schedule as the morning went on, Susie listened to any concerns for timing and made sure every single bridesmaid, my mom + myself were ready on time. We had a large group so I know that work isn't easy! She is a true gem and I highly recommend her for wedding day services or ANY other event you may need hair/makeup for. As a bride, you want to feel confident with the person doing your glam and from talking to other vendors, Susie was superior. :) Thank you Susie!!!

Susie and her partner were amazing! They showed up promptly and had all my bridesmaids and myself ready before heading to the ceremony so I made it to my wedding 15 min early which was awesome! I love the way they did my hair, it stayed styled the whole day even after dancing and sweating all day. My makeup was flawless, she was able to find the perfect tone of foundation. My eye makeup looked amazing too, which is challenges for women with almond shaped eyes. Makeup stayed fresh throughout the ceremony and reception, despite tearful moments. Highly recommend for your wedding! Also, super friendly and easy to get a hold of!

I’m a little late in posting this review, but I truly can’t find the words to thank Susie for her professionalism and hard work. I reached out to her about a month before my elopement, and from the very beginning she was so patient and kind—it honestly felt like I was talking to a close girlfriend. I sent her a few hair inspiration photos, and she absolutely nailed the look! I only wish I had taken a photo before putting on my veil. Overall, Susie was wonderful to work with: kind, professional, and incredibly accommodating with my day-of timeline.

I cannot express my gratitude for Susie. What a beautiful soul to share my wedding morning with. She is proactive, organized, communicative, kind, skilled, thoughtful, and an absolute pleasure to spend time with. I loved my makeup and hair, and loved the time I got to spend with her just as much. Wish I could do this on a weekly basis.

The quote was above what I budgeted for so I didn't reply. She ended up reaching out again to check in and I was honest with her about my budget. I was so surprised when she replied and said she was willing to adjust her quote to better work with my budget. I couldn't believe how nice that was of her to do for me and from that moment I knew I had to book her! I sent her the deposit immediately and booked my trial run. At the trial I had so much fun talking to her and getting to know her. She is so kind and genuine! My hair looked amazing - I was obsessed. The hollywood waves are to die for! The makeup also looked stunning and with some conversation we decided to adjust some things with the makeup for my wedding day (less filled in brows and lighter foundation). She made sure she knew all the adjustments I wanted to make for the actual wedding and was very open to any critiques/suggestions I had. When the wedding day came around she yet again delivered the most beautiful hair ever and made all the adjustments to the makeup we discussed. I was so so happy with the final results. I truly felt like a princess! My hair and makeup lasted all evening and I got so many compliments from my guests.

Susie and team were so amazing. Very sweet! For my wedding they did 7 heads of hear in 4.5 hours and each hairstyle was beautifully done! They did each style exactly how I wish. Susie got along great with all the ladies and was so patient with my daughter. I would hire again for any event. I’m grateful I found her for my wedding. 10/10!!

Susie worked on me for two wedding events. We eloped in Santa Barbara at the courthouse in January. Then we just had our celebration party in La Quinta in October. She traveled all that way for me!! She's punctual, the sweetest, listens to what you want, and is overall amazing!! I highly, highly recommend her!
