Frank and Rochelle were very accommodating for myself and my bridal party. The venue was beautiful and breakfast each day was fabulous! We were very pleased with our stay and the beauty of the place. It was an easy decision for us to have our wedding here and host our family and friends here for the weekend. For what you get, it is a great value! The bridal suite was the most beautiful room too, and all of the rooms were so nice and clean. Thanks again!

We had such a beautiful time at The Rockwood Manor! It was a beautiful space and made for the perfect flow for our special day. Frank and his family were the perfect hosts!

Rockwood was hands down the perfect venue for our wedding! We had all our events (Rehearsal, Rehearsal Dinner, Ceremony, and Reception) at one location and we were able to house the entire bridal party at the cozy bed and breakfast. It was a win, win, win for us.

The setting was perfect. We had our ceremony on the front lawn with the rolling hills, fields, and entrance road as the ceremony backdrop and beautiful manor house behind everyone. The reception was under the tent in the side yard next to the manor. We chose to have the dance floor on the patio next to the house instead of under the tent, but either option would work. There was also an excellent plan B option (rain plan) of using the large barn in the back of the property (which is often other people's plan A because it is so nice).

The rooms in the house were amazing. The decor was charming and the beds were heavenly. Our bridal party LOVED staying there. It was a vacation for them as well as our wedding. It gave me extra comfort knowing that the entire bridal party was there and would not be late or get lost coming to any events. We all got to hang out together the entire weekend. All of the wedding guests thought the place was an absolute gem and wanted to know how we found it.

Frank, Rochelle, and Sarah were wonderful hosts. They cooked breakfast for the house guests every morning and were available for any issues that might have popped up.

We couldn't imagine our wedding begin done anywhere else. It was all just perfect. We highly recommend this location for your wedding, next party, or weekend bed and breakfast getaway!

From the moment I drove up to view the location to when I sadly drove away from a place I had come to love in the time spent there, I knew it was the perfect venue for our dreamed of English Garden Party themes outdoor wedding. The B & B was large enough to accommodate all the relatives, my international guests, and the wedding party. The grounds are large and beautiful, the house elegant and beautifully decorated. The fireplaces in each room, the sumptuous breakfasts, the way I was made to feel at home all added up to the perfect location.

I spent from Thursday - Monday of our wedding weekend at the Manor and if I had it to do over, I would stay longer. We will definitely return. All the guests--those staying in the Manor and those who only attended the wedding & reception, loved the venue and wondered how I'd found such a gem.

I highly recommend Rockwood Manor for a get-away, a retreat, or a wedding.

Phenomenal! Sarah, Frank, Bud, and Rochelle are amazing and wonderful to work with. I can't imagine things being any more perfect! Rockwoood is soo beautiful.

I have been impressed with this venue since the first time I contacted the owner. Frank Drummond and his wife run an amazing Bed and Breakfast in the gorgeous mountains of Virginia, with fields, woods, and vineyards surrounding them. From the very first moment, they bent over backwards to work with my budget and timing, and moved heaven and earth to make sure I was happy. Their place is absolutely stunning. They will also allow you to rent the entire place for the weeding weekend, which is a fantastic option!
