Located in Haymarket, VA, one hour from Washington, D.C. The 20 acres estate is an outdoor venue with a stunning view of Bull Run Mountains, and wide open grounds that were once used by the Virginia Beef Company. When planning a wedding, the venue is one of the most important things to consider, and this estate is the perfect place for couples to exchange their vows.

Facilities and Capacity

Pleasantview Estate can accommodate up to 300 guests on the property, a tent can accommodate 200. The venue also has a room with a large window overlooking the pool area for bridal showers and rehearsal dinners.

Couples will have many options to create a unique and memorable ceremony. The beautiful outdoor surrounding and a spectacular view make it the perfect backdrop. Couples and their guests will have exclusive use of the estate grounds.
