We are so happy we hired Shelby as our coordinator! We hired her well before our wedding date and she sent a monthly email to check in on progress and to see how we were doing. Every time I needed a suggestion for a vendor/detail/etc she was very resourceful and communication was prompt. Shelby is extremely personable and organized as well. All of the behind the scenes work she did for us did not go unnoticed! Our day would not have went as smooth as it did without her help.

The day of our wedding ended up having really bad weather (freezing temps, ice, rain, you name it) and Shelby jumped in to help make last minute changes and coordinate them with all of our vendors. Like moving our outdoor ceremony inside and having to rearrange our cocktail hour space. We also found out the night before the wedding that heaters were not provided by the venue in their outdoor tent, so she immediately started reaching out to rental vendors to try and find something.

Where do I even begin - The moment I spoke to Shelby I knew Plan On It Events was the right company to book for my wedding. Plan on It was the only company out of multiple we chatted with that scheduled a video consultation with us, which I found so much more personal than a phone call.

Shelby paired us up with Veronica and I couldn’t be more grateful for the level of support we received for the full 12 months leading up to the wedding. Once we hit the 3 month mark Veronica really stepped in and allowed me to take more of a back seat on the admin side of the house and enjoy the little details of the wedding planning process. Veronica was so organized, proactive, and detail oriented regarding our wedding day schedule - nothing was missed & she made sure everything was ready to go.

During our rehearsal, she wrangled our wedding party (some of whom have very strong personalities lol) and did it with such patience! Making everyone feel very prepared for the big day.

The day of the wedding - Veronica was on it. From the bridal suite I saw her running around and coordinating all of our vendors, wedding party, families, etc. I had zero stress on my big day because of her - everything was seamless. Our guests have even made comments about how seamless the day felt.

We could not have pulled everything together so nicely without the help of PlanOnitATX. They provided endless recommendations for our selection and could answer any questions that came up during the planning process. We loved and had great experiences with all of the vendors they recommended.

We hired the team for the Event Coordinating & not only did I get emails every month asking me about my wedding planning process, but they also played a big part in my wedding day. From creating a wedding layout and timeline, to running the event according to the timeline. Amy took over as the lead for our wedding & she was not only fun to work with, but kept things moving the entire day! If it weren't for her my guests wouldn't have known what to do during the event.
