We are so happy we hired Shelby as our coordinator! We hired her well before our wedding date and she sent a monthly email to check in on progress and to see how we were doing. Every time I needed a suggestion for a vendor/detail/etc she was very resourceful and communication was prompt. Shelby is extremely personable and organized as well. All of the behind the scenes work she did for us did not go unnoticed! Our day would not have went as smooth as it did without her help.
The day of our wedding ended up having really bad weather (freezing temps, ice, rain, you name it) and Shelby jumped in to help make last minute changes and coordinate them with all of our vendors. Like moving our outdoor ceremony inside and having to rearrange our cocktail hour space. We also found out the night before the wedding that heaters were not provided by the venue in their outdoor tent, so she immediately started reaching out to rental vendors to try and find something.
I highly recommend Shelby for your wedding coordinating and planning needs! Her assistant was also amazing! -

Absolutely the best event planning company! Plan On It was prepared for every request, worry, and idea that we threw at them. They even provided answers to questions we couldn’t think to ask and proposed options that we hadn’t ever considered. Shelby is super knowledgeable and her attention to detail immediately gave us full confidence. Veronica was the best on-site coordinator ever! She handled everything so professionally and always had our best interests at heart. The entire process with Plan On It was first class! We whole-heartedly recommend them for all your wedding planning needs! -

Shelby Kirchner and staff delivered an incredible wedding for us, managing many vendors. We worked with Shelby for 12 months leading up to the wedding until the last clean-up and day after.

Where do I even begin - The moment I spoke to Shelby I knew Plan On It Events was the right company to book for my wedding. Plan on It was the only company out of multiple we chatted with that scheduled a video consultation with us, which I found so much more personal than a phone call.
Shelby paired us up with Veronica and I couldn’t be more grateful for the level of support we received for the full 12 months leading up to the wedding. Once we hit the 3 month mark Veronica really stepped in and allowed me to take more of a back seat on the admin side of the house and enjoy the little details of the wedding planning process. Veronica was so organized, proactive, and detail oriented regarding our wedding day schedule - nothing was missed & she made sure everything was ready to go.
During our rehearsal, she wrangled our wedding party (some of whom have very strong personalities lol) and did it with such patience! Making everyone feel very prepared for the big day.
The day of the wedding - Veronica was on it. From the bridal suite I saw her running around and coordinating all of our vendors, wedding party, families, etc. I had zero stress on my big day because of her - everything was seamless. Our guests have even made comments about how seamless the day felt.
Can’t thank Veronica and Shelby enough for all their hard work! If you're looking for an event coordinator - go with Plan On It!! You won’t regret it. -

Wonderful & Great Communicators
We could not have pulled everything together so nicely without the help of PlanOnitATX. They provided endless recommendations for our selection and could answer any questions that came up during the planning process. We loved and had great experiences with all of the vendors they recommended.
They took over everything a few weeks before our wedding, which helped alleviate last-minute stress. We were impressed with the communication between our planner and other vendors.
On the day of, Veronica and her helper arrived early to prepare and to direct vendors. We did not have to worry about anything happening and could focus on getting ready and being around our friends and family. Even when an issue occurred, they were extremely proactive and helped solve it!
Our wedding turned out beautifully. Everything came together and flowed so nicely. We even had guests comment that we must have had a fantastic planner since they were amazed at how it turned out.
I could not recommend PlanOnIt enough! Our day wouldn't have been as perfect without them! -

My view and perspective is a little different as a wedding DJ. Shelby and I were teamed up for a wedding last fall and having her there was a welcome treat. Simply put, she did an amazing job which allowed me to focus on my side of things. All while being super fun and personable! Highly recommend. -

The Plan On It team was such a great resource to have for our wedding day! They can recommended by our venue, & I can see why they are experts at hosting weddings at The Wayback in Austin, Texas. We hired the team for the Event Coordinating & not only did I get emails every month asking me about my wedding planning process, but they also played a big part in my wedding day. From creating a wedding layout and timeline, to running the event according to the timeline. Amy took over as the lead for our wedding & she was not only fun to work with, but kept things moving the entire day! If it weren't for her my guests wouldn't have known what to do during the event. I highly recommend this team to take care of all of your wedding planning needs if you are in the Austin area. -

We had a great experience with Plan On It ATX! I'm so grateful to have hired them for our wedding day event management. Shelby was incredibly helpful in answering our questions, easing our concerns and stress, and executing our vision. The lines of communication were always open, and Shelby was quick to respond to my emails/texts, which I really appreciated. I loved their attention to detail - seriously, no stone was left unturned - in the best way possible! On the day of our wedding, they were amazing! They kept us on schedule and everything ran smoothly (or if it didn't, we didn't notice!), allowing my groom and me to fully enjoy the festivities. Shelby is the absolute best! From day one during our initial consultation, I felt so at ease putting things in her hands as our Day of Coordinator. She really took the time to listen to our vision for our big day and making sure everything played out perfectly. She knew that as we got closer to the big day I would be busier and more stressed with work so she kept me on track in advance and provided so much helpful information! I am such a controlling person to the point that delegation does not exist in my vocabulary but I had no problem whatsoever having Shelby take care of our big day. I'm a pretty anxious person so knowing she was taking care of all the logistics, keeping us on time, and making sure everything at the end of the night was taken care of allowed me to focus on enjoying our day and I'm so thankful for her. I CANNOT recommend Shelby more! Do yourself a favor and book with Plan On It ATX! -

When we were looking for a coordinator that was going to be able to do what we needed to be done and was well within our budget, Plan On It ATX met that agenda, and Shelby our coordinator was magnificent. We hired her for a month as coordinator and she knew what she was doing for sure! She was so helpful, so considerate our needs and family needs, and just absolutely wonderful to converse with. She checked on us continually during the wedding, was at ease the whole time, and made sure our wedding was perrrrrfect! We couldn't have been more blessed to have her take care of us and our wedding. 1000% recommend!
