I could not recommend Kathy with Plan It With Me ENOUGH! I had a four month engagement, invited 330 guests to my in-laws BACKYARD, and outsourced all of my vendors. We hired Kathy from the beginning and I never regretted it for a second. She helped me stay organized, built a twelve page timeline, developed a budget, and aided in following up with vendors and last minute wedding projects. The day of the wedding was extremely smooth and stress-free. Kathy checked on me several times throughout the day, ensuring I was drinking enough water, felt rested and relaxed, and was ultimately soaking up every second. My husband usually does not care for wedding planners, but became fond of Kathy very quickly, and appreciated all that she had done leading up to the day of our wedding! Kathy held my hand through every step of the way, and gave her opinion when I asked for it. She is extremely knowledgeable, smart, and creative. I fully entrusted her with planning my wedding, and it couldn't have been a more beautiful and dreamy day. No matter how big or how small your wedding is, hire Kathy. She will ensure this day is the most beautiful and seamless event. I could not recommend her enough!

Plan It With Me is the best of the best!! We hired Kathy and her team for "Day of Planning" and they exceeded every expectation. They went above and beyond just "Day Of" and truly helped us along every step of the way. One thing unique to Plan It With Me is that " Day Of" actually begins 2 months prior to your wedding date. This is truly a game changer when comparing planners. However, even before those 2 months, she provided checklists and timelines that helped me stay on track way before our "official services" began. Once our services began, Kathy stepped in and handled all of our vendor coordination, timeline creation and other last minute details. This took SO much stress off of those crunch time months and let us enjoy the last few moments of our engagement. The team executed our wedding day seamlessly. They handled everything, we did not have to lift a finger. Kathy and her team made all of our guests feel so welcome and taken care of. Our guests are still raving about how much fun they had 2 months later! We would hire Plan It With Me over and over again and recommend to all of our friends and family!! No running around worrying about the timeline, no one asking me a million questions, no stress about the vendors - I was able to be present with my people and trust they had everything handled. I can tell that vendors enjoy working with the PIWM team - they are kind, considerate, and all around great people to work with. My wedding day was everything I could have dreamed of AND more, and I truly do owe it to the PIWM team.
