I could not recommend Kathy with Plan It With Me ENOUGH! I had a four month engagement, invited 330 guests to my in-laws BACKYARD, and outsourced all of my vendors. We hired Kathy from the beginning and I never regretted it for a second. She helped me stay organized, built a twelve page timeline, developed a budget, and aided in following up with vendors and last minute wedding projects. The day of the wedding was extremely smooth and stress-free. Kathy checked on me several times throughout the day, ensuring I was drinking enough water, felt rested and relaxed, and was ultimately soaking up every second. My husband usually does not care for wedding planners, but became fond of Kathy very quickly, and appreciated all that she had done leading up to the day of our wedding! Kathy held my hand through every step of the way, and gave her opinion when I asked for it. She is extremely knowledgeable, smart, and creative. I fully entrusted her with planning my wedding, and it couldn't have been a more beautiful and dreamy day. No matter how big or how small your wedding is, hire Kathy. She will ensure this day is the most beautiful and seamless event. I could not recommend her enough!

Kathy and her team at Plan It With Me did an amazing job with our wedding at the Dallas Arboretum! We used the Day of Coordination package and it was definitely worth it! Fatima was our lead planner and she stepped in about 2 months before the wedding. After handling all the details for so long, it can be hard to trust someone else to take over, but Fatima went above and beyond. She kept us on track to make sure everything was wrapped up in time for her to take over fully about a week before the wedding. It was so nice not to have to worry about a thing the week before the wedding! Fatima and her team made sure our day ran perfectly, and we seriously got so many compliments about how seamlessly everything was run! There were certain pivots that had to be made on the wedding day like last minute guest swaps and a new napkin fold due to napkins that would not hold our fold choice, and having a trusted team made it so we didn't have to make a single decision to fix anything that came up. Everyone at Plan it With Me puts in great work and we definitely recommend using them for your wedding!

Kathy and the Plan it With Me team are INCREDIBLE. I am so so grateful to them for giving me and my husband the most amazing day. By far the best value, and my best experience working with a vendor. I went with a three month planning agreement because I had chosen most of my vendors and I hit a wall not really knowing what else needed to be managed. Omg.. having just gotten married days ago I still could not tell you all of the work, planning, details, and logistics that were needed to make the day go smoothly. I am SO glad that I had Kathy and the team to take care of ALL of that! They gave guidance and support way before three months and then the second we hit 90 days they handled EVERYTHING! If there were any issues at the wedding or the day of in general, I don’t even know about it because nothing made it past them. I am very type A, I was super nervous about the wedding and everything going how I pictured it, and I may have some lingering emotions from my beautiful wedding but I am literally tearing up thinking about how perfect the day was because of this team. Thank you guys so so so much.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Kathy Bull (Plan It With Me) and her team. She was an invaluable part of our daughter's wedding planning. She was always available to answer our questions and concerns. She helped guide us away from things we didn't need and had wonderful suggestions we had not thought of. Her organization and timeline were top notch. She worked great with all the vendors and even was hired by the out-of-state mother of the groom to help with the welcome party and rehearsal dinner. She handled the wedding rehearsal and wedding day perfectly with charm, grace, humor, enthusiasm and professionalism. I have recommended her to a friend-of-a-friend who was very frustrated with interviewing planners. She ended up signing with PIWM and is very happy. PIWM's fee is very reasonale. They are actually worth a lot more than they charge.
