Shortly after getting engaged in D.C. my fiance and I had to move to Atlanta for his job. We were planning a wedding at my parents' home in Annapolis, MD, so I knew we'd need someone amazing to help me plan from a far.

Allison and her team were absolutely wonderful! We had a longer engagement and had to change our original date, and Allison was there every step of the way - so understanding and accommodating and always available via phone/email.

Her work is flawless. She's so creative and helpful and kind and detail-oriented. She was such a huge help to my mother, too, and lucky for me the two of them really were the dream team the last 6 months of planning and took a lot of the stress off my plate.

My wedding day was everything I imagined and more! Allison was so great executing the day-of and made both my mother and I feel so relaxed and helped us enjoy the moment. The day really goes by so fast, but I got to soak in all of it!

I could not have planned my wedding - which many friends and family say is the best wedding they have ever been to - without Arney Walker and Pineapple Productions.

After interviewing several wedding planners, I chose Arney for partial planning services because of her professionalism and calm/friendly/non-pretentious demeanor. I was also sick of planners from other companies telling me that their partial planning packages only included recommendations for a limited number of vendors. These companies charged the same amount as Pineapple, or more, and don't have nearly as good of a reputation as Pineapple.

Pineapple Productions is considered one of the best planning companies in the country. Choose them and you will NOT be disappointed. They will handle any and all situations that will inevitably occur during the process of planning your wedding, and you'll have a lot of fun working with them!!

Jenna and Pineapple Productions were fantastic.

I was pretty hands on with the planning so wanted to find the so-called day-of-coordinator to take over when details and logistics would become more important and to make sure everything went smoothly on the day itself so I could concentrate on just being the bride.

It was so worth it (I can't believe I ever raised eyebrows at the cost). Value-wise: the day-of package is more like 6-weeks-of, so they really help out to make sure the last-minute details are taken care of and earlier enough for you to identify them before it is actually the last minute. They are also available for suggestions and ideas. And flexible to add other things on (such as another weekend event we planned). And it was really nice to know that at the wedding all the vendors were being taken care of (and paid) and I could just enjoy my wedding.

And Jenna was the best. She is so adorable and sweet. Professional and generous. Went above and beyond the call of duty as if it were her call of duty. It's amazing to have someone like her so personally invested in your special moment.

If ever you thought a wedding planner was an extra expense, I absolutely urge you to reconsider. That's the best bridal advice I can bestow on the newly engaged; Wedding planners are a must, particularly Pineapple Productions. I was referred to Pineaple Productions, specifically to Allison, via a close friend and immediately knew when I met her that she would be the greatest gift to me this past year. I honestly only met her and was sold, I didnt care to look at other planners and my instincts proved absolutely right. Our wedding was thoughtful, detailed, original, elegant and absolutely flawless. Pineapple handled it with grace, diplomacy, professionalism, creativity and warmth and kindness. Allison helped everything come together, she refined all my ideas into one awesome and cutting-edge vision. She was able to connect me with the best area vendors that honestly I could not have loved more. She knew exactly where to guide me. And of course there were hiccups, but she was so even-keeled and experienced that I never even felt them. And ultimately she kept close tabs on the budget, which was always on the forefront. She knew exactly what to get for what expense and how to make the most of everything we had or didn't have. It was honestly flawless. And she worked closely with everyone in the family, and was punctual, dependable and kind. She was great support and a fantastic friend.
As exciting as the year was it was also taxing and even anxiety-inducing, but Allison seriously was the best support. I couldn't recommend Pineapple Productions more.

In a word, fabulous! Admittedly, I wasn't the easiest to work with at times, but Allison Jackson was constantly polite, professional, and kind. She is adaptable, organized, and kept everything exactly on point on our wedding day. She ran last-minute errands, checked in with us at the salon, at the hotel, and made sure everything was going smoothly during set-up at the reception site; she ran the rehearsal, drove two and a half hours to attend our tasting and my hair and makeup trial without us even having to ask her, and was invaluable on the day of our wedding. For example, there were major problems with the transportation company, and Allison just handled it behind the scenes and made alternate arrangements to get our guests to the ceremony--I didn't even have any idea about what happened until hours later. She manages personalities well, is reasonably priced, and exceeded all of our expectations. She brought two assistants with her who were also just lovely, and they worked so hard to make our day as amazing as it was. You can tell that Allison really cares about her clients, and it is reflected in her work and in the people who she hires.

Right after I got engaged, I was horrified by the thought of wedding planning due to families who had yet to meet, a strict budget, and my husband and I having no time to plan due to work and school. But then we hired Allison Jackson of Pineapple Productions and all of the stress, worries, and anxiety of wedding planning simply melted away.

Not only are Allison Jackson and Pineapple Productions organized, creative, and experienced at planning weddings, but they are excellent at working with all different types of people who have varying opinions on what a "wedding" should. Allison calmly dealt with differing opinions between family members and bride and groom and came up with creative and effective solutions that made everyone happy.

Allison and Pineapple Productions also really helped me and my husband plan the wedding on a limited time schedule. After getting a feel for our style / vision, Allison would use her extensive knowledge of the D.C. wedding industry and narrow our choices up front so that the choices of photographer, florist, venue, etc., didn't seem so overwhelming. In the end, we ended up with a venue / vendors that we were extremely happy with without having to spend loads of time upfront researching, and we know we couldn't have found them without Allison's help / insight!

We worked directly with Elizabeth Duncan from Pineapple Productions and every step of our engagement was enjoyable. She was such a delight to work with and was consistently responsive. She went out of her way to make sure we were prepared and on schedule with every important step leading up to the big day. Elizabeth Duncan from Pineapple Productions was the planner for a wonderful wedding my company catered this past July. Elizabeth Duncan from Pineapple Productions was a godsend! We used Pineapple as a month-of coordinator for our wedding in DC on May 9th.
