Pheasant Run Farm B&B is a rustic yet elegant wedding venue located in the rolling hills of Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. Couples have enjoyed exchanging their nuptials next to a rock waterfall in the grassy cove at the edge of the woods. Friends and family can gather underneath the peaceful leafy trees to watch the happy couple become one, then retire to the large gathering room located on the ground floor of the bed and breakfast.

An indoor ceremony site is located next to the reception room, in case of enclement weather.

Facilities and Capacity
The most favored site to get married on the grounds is next to the picturesque waterfall. The Pheasant Room is a large gathering room on the ground floor, complete with a kitchen and two powder rooms. With exposed stone walls, and a brick terrace overlooking the garden and meadow pergola, there is plenty of space for up to 100 guests. Next to the Pheasant Room is jacob's Room, with a cathedral ceiling, fireplace, beams, exposed stone walls and hard wood floors, it's perfect for dancing. A bridal suite room is available for the bridal party to become wedding-ready, and the newlyweds are also welcome to spend the night in that same room. Guests are able to use parking on-site.

Services Offered
Pheasant Run Farm B&B welcomes wedding ceremonies, receptions, bridal showers, elopements, engagement parties, and rehearsal dinners. Outside vendors are welcome to the venue for couples to make their day truly special. Inside the Pheasant Room, chairs and tables are available for the post-ceremony celebration.

History
The stone farmhouse was built in 1842, surrounded by 48 acres of farmland. Current owners Vivian and Bob Able purchased the property in 1985 and began renovating the house room by room. After adding beautiful gardens and restoring the outbuildings, they began preserving the 1809 stone bank barn, which became the bed and breakfast in 2002. Their careful and detailed efforts can be seen today, and they have received awards for their historic preservation and excellent interior finishing.
