Perfectly located in the heart of picturesque central Pennsylvania farmland sits The BigMount Lodge, a rustic yet uniquely elegant lodge-style event venue surrounded by lush, verdant grounds and breathtaking views. Perched on approximately 125 acres, this hidden oasis marries the charm of the historic lodge, barn and pastoral landscape with modern luxuries and amenities. This one of a kind event space newly built in 2019 offers you endless possibilities.
THE BARN
The BigMount Lodge is committed to excellence both as a stunning venue space and with the services we provide. Built by the Amish of Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, the newly reconstructed barn features exposed beams, elegant yet rustic chandeliers, and enough space to seat up to 130 guests.
PASTURES
Surrounding The BigMount Lodge, acres of Central Pennsylvania farm land provide a stunning back drop for multiple outdoor ceremony locations and/or cocktail hours.
FARM HOUSE
Built in 1811, this historic home boasts six bedrooms, five fire places, updated and spacious kitchen, wine cellar, and is the perfect backdrop to your wedding day.The farm house is privately owned with a section of the house available as a bridal ready area.
SMOKEHOUSE SALOON
The Smokehouse Saloon sits just behind the farm house and is the perfect hang out space and ready area. It features its own TV, sound system, fireplace, grill, patio, and bar.
GLAMPING
The BigMount Lodge is bringing glamping to the region! As of September 2020, we have our very first collection of two Safari Style Luxury Tents that are hand crafted from native cedar logs and tin roof, fully furnished with a rustic chic feel. The owners have designed a site that is ideal for wedding guests as well as secluded retreats. Each tent has a queen-sized bed, seating area, lighting and an overlook deck with a beautiful view.
