I could not have asked for a more beautiful reception venue location or better people to work with during the entire process. Our experience from start to finish was extremely positive. We used Bull & Bones for catering and received rave reviews from our guests. Our cocktail hour selections were continually replenished and the plated service was very efficient. All of the staff members (bartenders, servers, head chef, and managers) were friendly and genuine. The venue fee and per person catering pricing is incomparable against Northern VA locations we had looked at near our hometown. The value is truly incredible for the price. We had our ceremony on the patio, and the reception was held in the reception room with overflow on the patio. It was an absolutely beautiful place to have a wedding! The mountains, golf course, and river made a perfect backdrop for our photographs. They also gave us a discount for being VT alums. Bull and Bones is the on-site caterer, and they were so easy to work with since they already have a restaurant there. I would definitely recommend using the River Course for your wedding!
