I cannot thank Perfectly Made Hawaii and Erika enough for making me feel like the most beautiful version of myself on my wedding day, 09/08/24, at the breathtaking Halekulani Hotel on Oahu, Hawaii. Erika’s talent, professionalism, and warm personality made the entire experience unforgettable.

Not only did Erika make me feel like a real-life princess for one magical day, but she also did my daughter’s hair and makeup, making her look and feel absolutely stunning. The care and attention to detail she gave to both of us was exceptional, and it meant so much to have her as part of our special day.

Our hair and makeup lasted perfectly throughout the entire celebration, and we received so many compliments from family and friends. Erika’s ability to understand and execute our visions flawlessly made all the difference, and I felt so confident as I walked down the aisle.

Erika made me feel so beautiful!! I am not used to wearing a lot of makeup so I am glad I did the trial so I had a day to get accustomed to wearing it! It’s not everyday that I feel like a princess, I wanted to steal Erika and bring her home with me (I offered but Hawaii is better than Indiana). 😂

Erika and her team were so fun and energetic! (Even at 6 am!) Ipo and Lisa were amazing as well! All of my bridal crew loved their hair and makeup. They made sure that all the girls left happy with their looks and made any changes they wanted.

Erika and her team were the best glam squad a bride could ask for! Not only did they bring the best energy to the start of our wedding day, but also made sure everyone in my bridal party felt confident and beautiful. I had asked for a soft natural glam with a low, messy bun and LOVED how it turned out.

Communication: When I first sent out an inquiry, Erika was glad to hop on a call to ensure that we'd be a great fit and immediately, I could tell that she had a very warm and caring personality. I also appreciated that the team was very quick to respond to my questions throughout the planning stage, making it easy for me to schedule our trial and chat through my vision.

Commitment: The best thing about Erika was that she was committed to my vision. She made sure that I was truly happy with my hair and makeup by asking for feedback after my first trial. She made notes of things that I wanted to change and when I had noticed that the foundation wasn't clinging onto my skin, she was more than happy to do another trial to ensure we used the right products. I also decided to change my hair style so we were able to test that as well. On the day of my wedding, I even made some last minute changes and Erika was incredibly patient and accommodating with my indecision. She was reassuring throughout the whole morning and it really showed that she cared about how I felt. Erika worked her magic and made me feel so beautiful. I was so happy with how everything turned out and how it lasted throughout the whole day!

When I woke up on my wedding day and looked in the mirror, I saw acne, discolored skin, and a tired looking face. I was overwhelmed and didn't feel or look like the best version of myself. Erika and her team showed up with the positive energy and skillset to completely change the way I felt. Erika enhanced all of my features, and made me look like the BEST version of myself. My hair & makeup were both perfect! She fixed a couple of things that I didn't love after my hair & makeup trial (I would HIGHLY recommend a trial)! You can see the joy on my face in every picture taken, and I truly have never felt so beautiful. Ipo did the bridesmaids makeup, and everyone LOVED it, including my mother in law! Ipo was accommodating to the specific needs of each girl, and brought such a fun energy. Luz did everyone's hair, and truly is a master of that art... it was amazing to see what she could do! The cherry on top was seeing how happy my mom was after Erika did her hair & makeup... my mom is hard to please and it was amazing to see her so happy! Thank you Perfectly Made Team for helping us all feel beautiful! You were the PERFECT fit for us, and we would choose you all over again!!!

Perfectly made was EXACTLY what I needed to look fabulous and feel great! They brought the fun energy and made all my girls look absolutely stunning! Exactly what I needed to get my perfect day started!! Erika and team killed it!!!!

Erika, Haunani, and Luz did an amazing job. Erika did my bridal hair and makeup and the other girls did the bridesmaids' hair styles. Our finished looks were beautiful!

Perfectly Made Hawaii is an amazing hair and make up vendor for my Disney Aulani wedding! Ipo is so organized and communicative. Their communication system is efficient and it’s nice to have all my files in one location to refer to. Erika was amazing to work with for my hair and make up. I highly recommend doing a bridal trial with her. She took the time to really get to know me and what I’m looking for. She really knows her stuff and will explain the process of certain make up applications for you. This helped me the most since I don’t wear make up everyday. But Erika made sure I felt beautiful and comfortable while we were getting ready. She makes the experience fun and relaxed at the same time. I love that Erika emphasizes that my beauty is just being enhanced for my special day. She made me feel like myself. I highly recommend her for your wedding or any event you want to feel extra beautiful for.

Erika, along with Faith and Kau’i, did hair and makeup for myself (bride) and 6 others plus hair only for 3 more - they were fantastic! Not only did we end up looking absolutely amazing but they were fun, easy to talk to and totally helped keep the day-of stress levels down.
Erika did my bridal hair and makeup - holy guacamole!! I never wear makeup so I really had no inspiration or guidance, I told Erika I still wanted to look like myself but glammed and she did exactly that! I honestly didn’t know makeup could look so freaking good on me but still be natural. One of my bridesmaids does her own makeup really well but was so impressed at what an even better job Faith did. Kau’i was on hair and she was so helpful at choosing hairstyles that complimented the girls and fit my specifications (something I should’ve done but didn’t). The whole team was fantastic and I would highly recommend hiring them for your big day!

Just wanted to add: At my trial, Erika waterproofed me to test in case it rained on wedding day. After the trial I went to the spa and my makeup stayed flawless while I ran around a hydrotherapy garden, in and out of showers and tubs. Stayed until I took makeup remover to it so if it rains on your big day, Erika has you covered!

Erika was AMAZING! I eloped 10-25-20 and she was right there for me through all the craziness of planning an elopement during COVID and Hawaii closing down. She made me feel BEAUTIFUL. She was so easy to chat with as she got me ready and nailed down my vision for a boho beachy bride. Hands down, 11/10 recommend booking her!

I am not one to do reviews unless the business really stood out to me. Erika and Alex were so amazing the day of our wedding. They were so personable, sweet, fun and completely fit right in with my crew- it's like I knew them for years. My best friends still say how perfect we all looked because of these two ladies. The communication and booking process was simple and Erika and her team are worth every penny + more! I literally have the thickest and longest hair and just wanted to look like Elsa & Alex made me look like a queen. I also never wear makeup and Erika made me look fricking stunning and I never once thought for a second it was too much. They really listened to each one of our preferences and I didn't even have a trial. Highly recommend Erika & Alex! Thank you both so much for the magic you did :)
