One of the most noticable things for me personally is that planning a wedding (especially with all the elements and moving parts) is very stressful and can cause a lot of anxiety as it did for me but every time I spoke with Barry I instantly felt reassured and a calmness came over me knowing I am dealing with a veteran professional and someone who genuinely cares about my day.

I genuinely cannot say enough amazing things about Barry and his entire team! From start to finish, they went above and beyond to make our wedding absolutely unforgettable. We hired his company for DJ/MC services, videography, uplighting, a white dance floor, and marquee letters, and every single detail was executed flawlessly!

Barry was SO much more than just a DJ. He was truly the life of the party! Every announcement, microphone transition, special dance, and important moment was perfectly timed and executed. There was not ONE issue the entire night! As a bride, being able to enjoy my wedding without worrying about any of those details was priceless.

And can we talk about the PRODUCTION?! The uplighting completely transformed our venue and made the room look absolutely STUNNING! I received SO many compliments on how beautiful everything looked. Between the gorgeous white dance floor, marquee letters, and lighting, everything came together better than I could have imagined. I also love that his company offers so much more than just DJ services. Being able to coordinate multiple aspects of our wedding through one company made everything so much easier and more cohesive.

I also have to give a HUGE shoutout to our videographer, John! He was absolutely amazing to work with, and we loved having him there to capture our special day. What really speaks volumes about this company is that I had MULTIPLE other wedding vendors approach me throughout the night to compliment Barry and his entire team! When even the other professionals working your wedding are impressed, you know you’ve hired the right people!

From our very first conversation to the final song of the night, Party Time Events Group helped us craft the perfect wedding celebration. Our June 19th, 2026 wedding at the Belle Mer in Newport, RI was far more than we ever envisioned. It's so hard to rate them, because five stars doesn't come close.

The DJ Entertainment was incredible. DJ Jeremy read the room perfectly, kept the dance floor packed from the first dance to the last song, and made every moment feel effortless. Our guests are still talking about how much fun they had.

The Lighting transformed the venue. The room went from beautiful to breathtaking, and the Candlelight color set the mood for the whole night. It looked even better than we pictured, and it made our photos and videos look stunning.

The Custom Dance Floor Wrap was the showstopper. It made our wedding feel truly personal and one of a kind. Our Guests walked in and said "WOW," and the dance floor became the heart of the party.
