I've had the pleasure of working with Patricia several times and I can't recommend her strongly enough!
She took family photos of us down on the beach a few years ago, so when I got engaged I knew that she was the photographer that I needed to photograph my wedding. She is so thoughtful, experienced and detailed! She works great with kids and will do whatever it takes (including climbing on things, over things and into things) to get the perfect shot!
Patricia takes the time to get to know the couple, asks detailed questions about what photos the bride and groom hoping to get, and what is important to capture on the big day.

My husband and I are NOT the kind of people who love being the center of attention, so choosing a photographer who would be able to capture the day without making us feel like we were being stalked by the paparazzi was important to us. Upon first meeting Patricia, our anxieties dissolved. We actually had a lot of FUN taking our engagement photos, which is saying a lot - and Patricia even was fine involving our somewhat unruly dog in the engagement photos as well! On the wedding day, she and her crew were incredible. Everything felt totally natural. A bunch of people commented on how quick they were to get candids - as soon as Patricia or her crew saw people leaning in for an iPhone shot, one of them was there instantly snapping a pic. The night was amazing, and Patricia and her crew captured it all. We got our pictures back several days ago and are absolutely ecstatic at how well they turned out- we are going to have QUITE a feat ahead of us choosing the right ones for an album since they all came out so wonderfully!

I was referred to Patricia Walsh Photography by a very close neighbor/friend that is a photographer herself. She said that if her daughters were getting married she would only use Trisha, Now I completely understand why. Trisha is truly a very talented photographer capturing the most precious moments of a very special day. Immediately following the wedding day we had photos to look at and share. The bride and groom poses and the many combinations of family poses came out beautiful, however my favorites are the many candid images of the wedding party and guests. All the added touches proves that Trisha takes pride in what she does and loves every moment. I look forward to working with Trisha again for daughter no. 2.

Both my husband and I consider ourselves fairly awkward when it comes to taking formal pictures and (to be honest) were not completely looking forward to our engagement session. However, within minutes, any of these feeling were completely forgotten and it truly shows in the finished product. The pictures were better than we ever could have imagined and Trish managed to make the entire session enjoyable - even my husband would agree, which is no small feat! She even managed to capture some adorable shots with our very squirmy and uncooperative little dog.

We had our hearts set on capturing our engagement pictures in the snow, which had seemed like a good idea in theory, but we were left questioning ourselves with temperatures well below freezing on the morning of our engagement shoot. Trish was a fantastic sport and never once mentioned the cold, and even helped us forget, capturing the gorgeous pictures efficiently, but never making us feel hurried. We had the same experience with Trish at our rehearsal dinner, where we didn't even notice her taking pictures throughout the meal. She delivered them to us very quickly (especially in comparison to how long I've heard it typically takes for many wedding photographers) and we could not be more thrilled with the final product. I would recommend her to any bride!

Patricia Walsh Photography is, in a word, amazing. There aren't enough positive adjectives or stars for me to express how positive my experience was working with Trish. Trish's energy and enthusiasm is completely contagious and makes her an absolute joy to work with. Her creativity and eye for detail is inspiring and comes through in every single one of her photographs. I will continue using Patricia Walsh Photography to capture photographs of my family and recommend her without reservation to anyone in the need of an excellent photographer for a wedding (or any milestone in need of capturing!). Prior to our big day, Trish walked with my husband and I throughout the city of Boston capturing our "love story" for our engagement photos. She made both of us feel extremely comfortable in front of the camera and we had a fabulous day. What's more, the save the dates that Trish created for us are still adorning the refrigerator doors of the majority of our guests almost a year later. "Capturing the spirit of you" is more than just a phrase or a tag line--the photographs that Trish takes are not only gorgeous, but they truly bring to light the subject's character and vitality. The engagement session was a great dress rehearsal for being in front of the camera for the wedding day as well. In addition to her technical talent, Trish is extremely organized and patient (particularly with indecisive brides such as myself) and has a wonderful sense of humor. The day of our wedding went so smoothly and Trish captured every single picture that I could possibly imagine having to remember our day. Each photo, from the tiny details to the family shots, is exquisite. I regularly review my proofs to relive the day! Again, I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Trish. I have recommended her to every bride-to-be that I know and she has captured important moments for many of my family and friends. She's a brilliant photographer and a wonderful friend.

Patricia and Mark are second to none. Not only did they capture every moment of our wedding day perfectly with a very personal touch, but they also set aside multiple times to meet before our wedding to go over every tiny detail and after our wedding to share our photos and help us select favorites. I loved Trish and her husband Mark. We got married on 9-21-13 at Camp Bournedale in Plymouth. We weren't going to do the engagement session at first but I was VERY happy we did. They came out awesome and it was fun. Trish and Mark make you feel relaxed and comfortable and it shows in the pictures! Day of the wedding everything went perfectly, we chose to take pictures before the ceremony so we could be part of the cocktail hour. The pictures were up on her website within a month (I know other brides that have waited 9 months to a year to see their wedding pictures!). The picture quality was amazing. I loved everything the meetings, engagement session, to the day-of wedding and getting the pictures after. I would HIGHLY recommend! Message me and I will gladly share some pictures with you!
