Heather was great to work with! As the groom, I didn't have any problems the day of the wedding as Heather and her assistant handled any issues that arised. This included some spotty weather coming through for an outdoor wedding. Highly Recommend. Bride here - Heather was great to have to help answer lots of wedding logistics questions I had and most importantly - handling the entire wedding day flawlessly and always making sure we had a drink. & snack in hand! She was always responsive to email/text/call whatever we needed and she helped me pick out rentals and handled vendor communication/timelines. Also, she is just a great person to be around!

Heather was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was always friendly, easy to talk to, and really listened to what we wanted throughout the entire planning process. She advocated for us, coordinated beautifully with our vendors, and kept everything running seamlessly on the wedding day. Hiring Heather as our month of coordinator was one of the best decisions we made while planning our wedding! We also did our pre-marital counseling with Heather - we highly recommend doing pre-marital counseling through her if she has availability. We looked forward to those sessions every week, and what we discussed and worked on during counseling helped us go into our wedding in a healthy place, despite the stress and busyness of wedding planning. It also had the added bonus of giving us an opportunity to get to know Heather and vice versa, so by the time our wedding week arrived we were super comfortable working with her. Heather is the best combination of relaxed and organized, which helped put us at ease. Her attention to detail helped make everything go smoothly - from putting together a timeline that gave us plenty of time to relax and hang out with friends and family, to creating the perfect table configuration for the reception. By the time we got to the rehearsal, we were able to relax and not worry about anything, because we knew Heather and her team had everything under control. Because of that, we were able to be present with each other and our family and friends and actually enjoy our wedding day!

I can't emphasize enough how helpful Heather was in the weeks leading up to our wedding! Originally, my partner and I planned to tackle all of the planning ourselves and to only hire a day-of coordinator for our event. However, as an anxious planner myself, I am SO glad we had Heather to help in the weeks leading up to our event. My partner and I were truly able to enjoy the lead-up and the big day because we knew Heather had everything covered. She helped us bring our vision to life and was a logistical genius when it came to coordinating our vendors and the event timeline. We hired Heather for our multi-cultural wedding of multiple days in November 2023. As you can imagine, multiple days means multiple locations, a myriad of different vendors, and the stress that comes along with managing all of these moving pieces. Heather was the singular savior of all of it. She, a practiced and collected professional, managed ALL of the vendors I had booked, and only asked for emails/phone numbers as well as what they were contracted for. She was an indispensable resource during all the months leading up to the events, even though I had hired her for partial planning (budget constraints- in retrospect, I should have splurged for full planning with her, she is so worth it) recommending vendors I should book based on what I was looking for, as well as suggesting our main wedding venue pretty much immediately. She just GETS it. She goes over the plans of each day in meticulous detail, but really only needs it once because she is so good, and then executes flawlessly. She even managed to completely turn over a wedding altar and backdrop for two different cultural ceremonies in 30 minutes. When I made this request, she didn't even blink, and instead strategized the best way to make this work.

Naturally, things went awry during the events and afterwards- she handled everything calmly during the days, employing bridesmaids and groomsmen to keep the stress away from the couple, but afterwards, when the events were long over, she helped again in obtaining all of our wedding photos from a photographer who stopped responding and missing all her deadlines.

Heather is more than just a planner, she's obviously excellent at her job, but she's an exceptional person. You feel taken care of when you're planning with her, and you feel like she understands you, deeply. That kind of reassurance and relatability is difficult to find. She's truly a standout star in a sea of wedding vendors, and I'm so grateful to have booked her.

Heather with Paisley and Pearl events was essential to the success of my daughter’s wedding day! I cannot imagine having gone through this planning without having a month of coordinator! Heather was easily reached, very responsive to our questions, and one step ahead of everything that needed to be done! She truly cared that the day turned out to be exactly what my daughter wanted. Her attention to detail is wonderful! About a month prior to the wedding, we met with Heather to discuss in great detail everything you could imagine all the way down where we want certain people to sit during the ceremony and how we wanted our napkins folded. Things I would have never thought to consider. The best part was when she told us to re-direct all of our vendors her way. Music to my ears!

The highest compliment I could give for wedding day is that I didn't see or hear from Heather and her team except to make sure I had food and drinks throughout the reception. They handled everything flawlessly especially given a quick change in plans due to rain. They executed on my vision beautifully. If there were any issues with guests or vendors, I did not know about them (which is exactly what I wanted).
