Yuriy Vasko started his career in service working in high end catering halls and restaurants both east and west coasts. In 2007 Yuriy have graduated with honors from Institute of Culinary Education in New York City. He made his way up from a Soucier at famous Tamarind restaurant to an Executive Chef and partner at a glamorous La Vue restaurant and catering hall in Brooklyn. In 2015 Chef received a Silver Spoon Award for best overall menu & use of modern culinary techniques.
Chef Johny is not just an incredibly talented Sushi Chef, his artistry of presentation has also became very popular among sushi lovers in New York.
