Born and raised outside of Washington DC, this part-time city girl is now unleashing her coastal southern tendencies on the Outer Banks of North Carolina. My passion for creativity and nature made the Outer Banks the perfect place to grow and nurture my wedding lifestyle brand. (And incidentally, did I mention I met the love of my life on this beach when I was 15? Go ahead and queue The Notebook scenes.)

Vendor selection, contract review, RSVP management, and design and décor covers just a few of the items we passionately organize. You name it, and we will be by your side with our interactive planning tools every step of the way.
Wedding Planning and Design fees are entirely custom, based on where you are in your planning and what you need.
Wedding Management is the perfect service for couples who are excited to plan their own wedding, but need some professional assistance throughout the planning process and the wedding day.
When we begin working together, you receive unlimited email access to Chelsey and our amazing Aisle Planner software that includes a personalized and detailed checklist (amongst many other organizing tools) to keep things on track. Six weeks prior to your wedding day, we will meet (in person or via video/conference call) to discuss the fine details. We work with the information you provide to formulate a master plan for your entire wedding day, allowing you to rest assured the details are set in place and managed professionally. We become the point person for your vendors, creating an extremely detailed and easy to read timeline, handling minor issues that may arise. Allowing Oak & Brine to manage the behind-the-scenes coordination allows you to truly enjoy your shining moment.
Our Wedding Management services are much more comprehensive than most, so in order to maintain the quality of care and attention you deserve, we take on a limited number of Management clients per year.
With face centering technology we always capture a perfectly framed shot that you’re able to send to your email and/or cell phone, upload to social media, and print on predesigned graphic prints in a variety of sizes. Customization is our primary focus, matching each photo booth to your theme, personality and crowd.
Photo Booth includes choice of stock backdrops, box of props, a staff member to facilitate photo booth use, graphic photo prints, unlimited uploads to email/cell phone with a dedicated WIFI hotspot onsite, and a custom link to photos for all guests to access post event. See our website for pricing.
