Rustic & Main helped me pick out the PERFECT wedding band for my groom! We are both in the Navy and have spent time onboard the USS New Jersey so having Teak Wood is SO SPECIAL to us! The combination with his fav whiskey is perfect. Can't thank you enough! Can't wait for him to see it on 11/11/22!!

When I took my then boyfriend (now husband!) to the Fink's in Durham to show him my dream ring, we spoke with the staff and really got to know more about the type of company Fink's is and the level of service they provide to their customers. We really felt comfortable in our decision to go to them for such an expensive purchase. Ultimately my husband went through the Fink's in Charlottesville, VA to purchase the engagement ring (and eventually our wedding bands as well) but it was in Durham that we made the decision to go with this company after all! We really have been so pleased with the high level of service and the ease in which the staff walked us through these purchases. Resizing and cleaning have been so easy and effortless. 5 stars all the way!

Kristin and crew took my vision and customized an engagement ring that turned out to be better than I imagined. Super professional and patient in every single interaction (there were many.) Took covid safety protocols seriously and that was comforting in our experience. Certainly look forward to creating wedding bands with them when the time comes. Highly recommend if you’re in the Asheville, NC area.

Frankie and his staff are outstanding! They made us feel comfortable and welcome and helped us find the perfect setting for my ring, created a custom wedding band for me to match the engagement setting I picked & called us to tell us when the brand new wood inlay bands came in that my husband was wanting. We walked away with 3 rings we absolutely love & always felt that we were being heard as far as our budget and our style.

We decided to have a custom engagement ring made as I could not find what I was looking for. After wasting a couple months at another big names jewelry store, we took my idea to CMI. Within 1 week we had the ring mold back and shortly after that the actual ring and matching wedding band. I can not recommend CMI enough to everyone in the market for jewelry. You never feel pressured or overwhelmed there. The customer service is out of this world!

Mr. Garris of Garris Jewelers is a master jeweler. He came highly recommended to me by a friend, and I simply cannot say enough about Mr. Garris to praise him! He was honest and direct in all our dealings, and my husband and I adore our wedding rings. We knew we wanted white gold, but that was all we knew until we consulted with Mr. Garris. He patiently and generously went through the whole selection process with us, explaining the pros and cons of various metals, settings, and stones until my husband and I made our decision. He was prompt in returning our calls, and gave us EXCELLENT pricing on my wedding set and my husband's wedding band. I went in for a wedding ring resizing as well as my watch and was helped by Lia Zink and a newer employee. Both were very professional and did whatever they needed to make it a great experience.
