Most importantly our sales rep name is Sam and not only did he help my fiancé very patiently find a nearly 4 carat gorgeous custom-made huge engagement ring for me (I love it!!!) but he helped with a customized matching wedding band and was very patient with me too. When I wasn’t excited about the first couple of options. On the custom wedding band he stuck with me! I get compliments on my wedding set all the time and I am wearing just under 6 carats. My set is absolutely gorgeous. We work very hard for what we have and finally it was my turn to be married and I am 49 years old! I have catered many weddings and finally it’s my turn. Everything went perfect with our experience except for a woman who answered the phone when I called looking for Sam. I forgot her name but she had an attitude and kept cutting me off when I was speaking.
She told me Sam was not available and asked how she could help me. When I tried to explain she kept cutting me off and was actually very rude and annoyed that I was calling to check on the progress of my wedding band because my wedding was coming up soon and I was nervous. I was very kind and trying to explain why I was nervous and why I was calling Sam and she should not have asked me how she can help me if she did not have patience to listen. I feel that this person should not be answering the phone. Besides her everything else was awesome and everyone else was very kind. We will see you guys if we need anything else that’s a promise!
