I went in for a wedding ring resizing as well as my watch and was helped by Lia Zink and a newer employee. Both were very professional and did whatever they needed to make it a great experience.

I was hurt in a carpentry accident and almost lost my finger. My $11,000 wedding ring was destroyed beyond repair. They designed a replacement ring that was almost a mirror image of the original ring and made it stronger than the original at my request. They were able to design a beautiful replacement ring. They protected the original designer while producing a ring to look like MY wedding ring. I have my finger and my wedding ring. Life is good.
