Amazing DJ

We worked with David and Lana for our wedding on 9/6/25. My planner found NYCT DJs after I requested a bilingual MC for our Vietnamese-American wedding. We had 3 meetings with David to plan the day. The first meeting consisted of introductions and the vision my husband and I wanted for our wedding. He also shared with us their detailed word document that went over every small detail related to music and entertainment possible. The second meeting happened after the document was filled out and I had created 3 playlists for David— a cocktail hour playlist, dinner playlist, and a dancing playlist. We went over all the details and other specifics of the day i.e timeline, intros, outros, must plays, and do not plays. The last meeting David and I had was mainly to finalize the grand entrance. As you can see the planning process was very thorough and let me tell you, well worth it. All the key songs I wanted for each playlist, he played and it was so well curated that during dinner, I didn’t want to sit down to eat, I wanted to stand up and dance. David knew how to transition the night from grand entrance to first dance with ease and how to hype up the crowd in an instant. We all had an amazing time and I would highly recommend him. I’ve already gotten questions from some friends that are getting married in the following years where I booked my DJ because he was amazing.

Nonstop Dancing Thanks to DJ David & NYCT DJs!

You HAVE to book DJ David of NYCT DJs! One of the best vendors we worked with. He went above and beyond to make our wedding PERFECT. He is genuinely great human being he is truly invested in making your wedding the best day of your life. When I tell you people were dancing ALL NIGHT LONG! He's very professional, very detail oriented, very responsive. He held our hand throughout the whole planning process. My wedding was on July 19th and people are STILL talking about how much fun they had largely due to NYCT DJs. One of the best decisions we made contracting him.

Unforgettable Wedding Experience with DJ Rubin

DJ Rubin was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. He made sure to incorporate all our specific music requests and made our day so special. The dance floor was packed the whole night as DJ Rubin made the night such a personal experience and connected with everyone that attended our wedding. Not only was the music great but he got the entire wedding involved and made everyone feel so special. We could have not asked for a better DJ to make our day as special as it was. From the planning of the day to the execution of it, DJ Rubin was so professional and also just an overall great guy. If you want the best of the best I would recommend using him. Thank you again DJ Rubin for such a great time!!!

Incredible!!!

NYCT DJs is an incredible company and worth booking for your wedding or event!

The music was the top priority for my wedding, and I am so happy we booked NYCT DJs. As an interracial couple we wanted a bilingual MC to help everyone feel included in our celebration. Our music tastes are eclectic and our families are very different, but Rubin and Danny helped us create the perfect playlist.

They went above and beyond on the day of our wedding to ensure that everything ran smoothly. From keeping the schedule on track to making sure everyone was where they needed to be before making an announcement, they were amazing! They coordinated with other vendors and the venue so that everyone had the same timeline before the event and even assisted in wrangling members of the bridal party for key parts of the day. Rubin even helped the photographer position people for photos and tossed the bride’s train for the perfect shot while Danny kept the cocktail hour music flowing.

NYCT DJs kept the dance floor full and lively all night. They transitioned between songs and different genres seamlessly and never played any from our “do not play” list. We had guests as young as 10 months and as old as 80 and everyone had a wonderful time. We didn’t want the night to end and nearly all of our guests joined us for the final few songs.

Choosing NYCT DJs made our wedding unforgettable, and having Rubin and Danny as our DJ’s and MC’s was like adding good friends to our party. They cared as much as we did about our celebration and it showed in the quality of their work and the laughs they shared with us. They will add something to your night you didn’t know you need but you will be so grateful to have.

Amazing DJs!!!

Amazing DJs who provided advanced meetings to go over our music selection and a run through of our wedding day. They have very good taste in music and took the time to curate playlists suited for each part of the day. David was integral to organizing everything and Danny did an amazing job DJ'ing and MC'ing for our day. Would definitely recommend and well priced!

Amazing!!!

DJ Rubin and David W. were both amazing! David was very accommodating and has a vision in capturing what he wants. The package was reasonable and it was beyond everything we expected and more. DJ Rubin was praised by not just us but by all the family there for being engaging and being able to blend both old classics with new modern Pop music along with EDM and a little bit of DnB near the end of the night. As a fellow raver, he understood what we wanted and was very thoughtful in his song selection. He was also teaching people how to dance on the dance floor to keep the crowd engaged, participating and enjoying themselves. I wouldn't be surprised if our family wants to hire him and his team in future events because of how unforgettable the reception was for our wedding. For those who want a team who crafts your needs into something special and unique and gets everyone talking about the experience, definitely hire DJ Rubin and David W!

Best Wedding Ever! Thank you DJ Rubin & NYCT DJs!!

I got married on 9/28/24, and we were lucky enough to have used DJ Rubin! He was fantastic, I can’t tell you how many guest during the wedding as well as after the wedding told us how great our DJ was. I would highly recommend, he was easy to work with and very helpful through the whole process! He brought so much energy and made every moment special! We had a ton of requests and he and his DJ mixed them all in so well!! People still tell us what an awesome time they had! Best wedding ever!!!

Highly recommended!

Highly recommend booking NYCT DJs for your wedding/parties!! DJ Rubin is super easy to work with and is phenomenal! They really know how to get everyone on the dance floor and stay on the dance floor all night long! I loved how DJ Rubin was so involved with the crowd and certainly knows how to make you laugh! Book them now; you won’t regret it!!

Dj rubin is the absolute best!

We had the absolute pleasure of having David Rubin from NYCT DJs as our wedding DJ, and we couldn't be happier! From the start, David was professional, attentive, and easy to work with, taking the time to understand our musical tastes and creating a perfect playlist for our special day. When our venue had some drastic changes before the wedding, David stepped up without hesitation, coordinating with other vendors to ensure everything flowed smoothly. His impeccable communication kept us confident and relaxed throughout the process. When the venue missed an important detail, David noticed our disappointment and made sure it was handled. The dance floor was packed all night, and our guests are still raving about the fantastic music and energy David brought. He read the crowd perfectly, seamlessly transitioned between songs, and kept everyone entertained from start to finish. His attention to detail and ability to adapt on the fly really stood out.
