He was very professional and made me feel comfortable, he was quick to respond to my questions, and his work space was clean. Nathan is an absolute saint, he saved my wedding dress from a disaster that a different tailor created. I initially was recommended a different tailor for my dress fittings by the bridal shop I purchased from. I wish I worked with Nathan from the beginning. 3 days before my wedding, my dress did not fit me, it was completely butchered and Nathan stepped in and not only saved my dress and recreated my custom veil, but he made me feel so safe, heard and beautiful. I felt completely taken care of by Nathan and he was so calming, professional and reassuring during the most stressful experience of my wedding planning. I honestly thought I was going to wear a dress that had been butchered, was too big and bunching all over but Nathan so graciously accepted my emergency call and honestly, saved my wedding day! I’ve never felt so beautiful as I did on my wedding day and Nathan is to thank for that.
