Enjoy every moment. The last thing I want for my brides is for them to remember the work that went into it; that's my job.
On your wedding day I will be there for you every step of the way from dawn till dusk. I started this business with one goal, to give every bride the wedding day of their dreams. Now with a team of planners you can rest assured no matter what happens we will have one of our expert planners at your side no matter what.
A wedding is your time to tell your story. It isn't just a party or cookie cutter event it is a day meant to bring together your loved ones so they can bare witness to what makes the two of you special. We work with our clients to ensure that each part of your wedding is a reflection of you and what is to come.

So happy I had Ashley at my wedding
“Do I need a wedding planner?” a bride (or groom) may ask. Surely it is an added expense but the best way I can describe Ashley’s services is that she allows the bride and groom to feel like a guest at their own wedding. We had a meeting about a month before wedding when she went over EVERYTHING. She then followed up with all vendors to make sure everything was addressed and made a timeline (which is a lot harder than it seems). I had a lot of decorations planned and knew I was going to need someone to move them. A budgeting technique of mine was to reuse the ceremony decorations again in the ballroom. Ashley set up the ceremony and then moved it all to the ballroom. And not only was she spot on with decorations, she made sure the rest of the wedding went without problems. Once the wedding was over and guests were transitioning to cocktail hour, she was there asking us if we needed anything. She showed up during professional pictures outside of just the groom and I with waters (almost on que when photographer asked us if we had plenty of water during the day). She brought me appetizers and wine while my hair and make up got touched up. She came running into the ballroom to inform us of an unique photo opportunity (a rainbow). She was really there for EVERYTHING and I was almost stress free thanks to her and her team. Trust me brides (and grooms), her service is something that is worth it- I promise. Also, I commend her for her response to COVID and the postponement of our wedding. She allowed a change date without added charges or headache.

However, let me underscore the most valuable contribution Ashley provided us on our wedding day: preventing disaster. Inexplicably, we had several gigantic problems before and during the wedding - including a major traffic accident 20 minutes before the ceremony that blocked off the venue entrance. We love working with Ashley at Midwestern Bride. This planner is probably the best around, she is so attentive to detail, puts the couples needs first, and treats all vendors as peers.
