Amazing, inexpensive and above and beyond wedding coordinator

She and her assistant did an amazing job at my wedding with less then a months notice. She did an awesome job meeting with us before, helping us with our timeline and doing everything possible on the day to make it as stress free and easy as possible

phenomenal work

Vanessa did a wonderful job, setting up and well as taking everything down at the end of the night. communication was attentive an on point. not only was she affordable she was just a treat to have. i really could relax,take a breather and enjoy my day. everything was indeed perfect

Vanessa is a Saint!

I worked with Vanessa Grant who is just absolutely the best! I can’t say enough great things about her. She made my wedding go so smoothly and beautiful. I mainly hired her to set up my wedding decor. She decorated my venue so beautifully and exceeded my expectations. She directed my bridal party and everyone enjoyed working with her. She is timely and treats you with the upmost respect. I so enjoyed my time with her and You would be lucky to work with her. Can not thank Vanessa enough for her hard work and making my wedding day so fantastic. Thank you!

Ease of mind

Vanessa was a perfect asset to have on our wedding day. I didn't have to stress about things like making sure I was sticking to the timeline, knowing where my toss bouquet was, she even made sure my husband and I had appetizers from the cocktail hour by our seats since we weren't there for them! She really thought of all the details and helped make our day perfect.

Vanessa is newer to the industry on the wedding planning side she is a great side kick for planning and getting all the details together. As long as you have a reasonable budget for your wedding she can make it perfect!

Wedding if my life

I originally had a wedding olanwer but a week into my weddi g he stop answering and ran off...she steo right up and secured the spit Ljms she was running for president and it turned to be the most beautiful experience of my life in such a short time a week to be exact

Truly a perfect event

Vanessa was amazing. Even when our wedding date was changed due to the pandemic, she was willing to accommodate us and change dates with us without any problems or hassle. When the day finally came she was prepared and worked beyond expectation. Thanks to Vanessa our day went off without a hitch and could not have been more perfect. I would highly recommend Vanessa to anyone looking for a coordinator

Stress-free wedding

Vanessa was very helpful making sure everything was taken care of and we didn't forget the small details. If there was a problem that day I wasn't aware of it Vanessa make sure she took care of any issues. He handled everything from hiring servers booking hotel rooms and hiring a photographer who was awesome! See photos attached!

Amazing Experience

If I had to do it all again I would still hire Vanessa. She was such an amazing wedding planner. From our first consultation and even ‘til this day she has been professional, punctual, educational, and overall just a sweet person. I recommended her to a friend already and I will continue to recommend her to any new brides/grooms. Her prices are reasonable and she worked around OUR budget to help us plan my dream wedding. She handled all the ‘behind the scenes’ work and I was able to just enjoy my engagement and wedding day!
