Michele of AlpenGlow Beauty was very professional. She made my wedding day extra special by making us all so beautiful. From the make up trial to the day of she was very accommodating and personable. She listens to what you want and make it happen.

When your professional photographer creates the hashtag #whenyourbrideisagoddess you would like to think that was all your own doing, when in fact, I have to give the credit to Michelle. My make up, as well as my wedding party's make up, was flawless. Every single one of their husbands thanked me for making their wives look so good.

Michelle offers a variety of services - airbrush, false lashes etc. and will customize them to what makes each person look and feel their best.

The best part of my make-up is it lasted all day/night. It lasted through an impromptu one vs one soccer match (yes in my heels and dress), 3 hours of non stop dancing, cigar bars, bus rides and a late night pizza run. I still looked incredible the next morning. No smudging, smearing, lines or reapplication required.

There are not a lot of options in the Vail Valley, and Michelle should be your only call. You may want to be friends with her by the time the day is over as well! Her rates are reasonable and she operates in both Denver and Vail.

I booked Michele McKamie as my makeup artist for my wedding in August 2016; it was a destination 3-day celebration in Vail, CO. Bottom line: Michele went above and beyond all my hopes and expectations! She did my makeup 3 separate times for events Thursday, Friday and Saturday and nailed it every time in bringing my vision to life. I especially appreciated her attention to detail and ability to pivot her work based on specific instruction.

I had done a trial with Michele back in February when I was in town; she did a great job, but I ended up sending her long, detailed feedback once I had time to examine photos etc... she was incredibly receptive and flexible in making any changes I requested for the big day. I have to say that living in NYC, I have access to some amazing makeup artists--and Michele is one of the best I've had the pleasure to hire. Her incredible team also did a wonderful job on my mom's makeup and on the makeup for my large bridal party! I certainly recommend her to anyone (especially in the Vail area) and hope to stay in touch.
