Exchange vows on our sandy beach, beneath the graceful branches of a weeping willow, beside a rustic red barn, or even poolside. Our reception area, sheltered by a beautifully draped tent, ensures your celebration continues seamlessly, rain or shine. For a truly magical touch, arrive or depart in a horse-drawn carriage, adding a storybook element to your special day.

Little Ferry Inn is the premier venue in the DMV area, offering a unique and magical setting for you and your guests. Conveniently located just a short drive from Fredericksburg, Dahlgren, and Route 301, our estate is within 90 minutes of Washington, DC, Richmond, Annapolis, and Fairfax. Spanning 6.4 acres, our 7200 sq ft estate can comfortably accommodate up to 26 guests, with 2 King beds, 4 Queen beds, and 4 Single beds in the main house, plus an in-law suite and a charming cottage studio. Enjoy breathtaking waterfront views, a private dock, a pool, and a sandy beach, perfect for waterfront weddings, events, and activities such as boating, jet skiing, paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing, and crabbing.

Our facility fee includes 8 hours for your event, setup, and breakdown of tables and chairs for up to 30 guests, as well as 3 servers. Additional rental fees apply for extra tables and chairs needed for more than 30 guests, and additional servers are available for an extra cost. We typically limit events to 50 people but can accommodate more upon request. For those wishing to stay overnight, we have a three-night minimum.
