Erin is AMAZING, and that’s not even doing her justice. From constant communication, to monthly checklists, to making sure every aspect of our wedding mood board was brought to life, Erin went above and beyond for our big day. My husband and I live in Washington, DC, so planning a wedding in a different city presented quite a few challenges. Meghan made our wedding day and planning process as stress free as possible! She was always there with advice from the littlest details to the biggest decisions. Her taste is impeccable and she knows when to weigh in with her always helpful opinion! The team was amazing and so professional on our wedding day - they made sure everything ran smoothly and were always present though never ever in the way. Throughout the entire process, Meghan kept me calm and focused on the things that mattered and were going to make the biggest impact and helped me let go of the things that weren't important. I cannot imagine having put our wedding together without Meghan and her team!

We hired Kyle Michelle for day of coordination as our venue did not offer that service. It was definitely worth every penny (as I said to them many times throughout the day). After an initial call and booking, we met with Kristin about 2 months before our date to go over our plan for the day, provide her with any vendor information, and discuss any decor elements we would need them to take care of. From there, we had another phone call the week of the wedding to finalize everything including the timeline which was sent to me via e-mail. It was beyond amazing not to have to stress over the logistics of the day. Kristin also reached out to my vendors to confirm everything was set for Saturday. The day of the wedding was basically seamless thanks to Kristin, Erin, and Rachel. Erin and Rachel arrived at the bridal suite and coordinated every move from there. They made sure everyone who needed to be at the first look site was ready and on the bus, redirecting the bus driver when we initially went to the wrong place for the first look, corralling the bridal party for photos, and assisting me with my dress and bouquet. When we got to the venue, Kristin was there coordinating the set up and everything was exactly where it needed to be. It such a relief to be able to spend my day relaxing with my bridesmaids and not at the venue. I cannot thank them enough for everything they did to make my wedding perfect!
