KO Event Planning offers a wide array of services including full and partial event planning, day of coordination, consulting services, wait staff/bartenders and MUCH more! We strive to meet our clients needs and budget! We set ourselves apart in two ways. First, 2 of us come on-site day of your special day to ensure all is handled. This empowers us to be in two places at once. We enable our clients to just enjoy every moment of their special day while we handle everything behind the scenes! Two people are better than one! Second, many day of coordinators only begin working with their clients 4-6 weeks before their wedding. We are available to our clients from the moment they book with us, for endless phone calls, texts and emails offering professional advice and assistance.
We also are ALWAYS prompt in our responses, alleviating our clients stress. We provide all clients with a timeline template and vendor contact listing form. We assist our couples with building out their day of timeline and then assist in keeping to the timeline come day of. A vendor contact listing is essential for us to make contact with all vendors prior to day of.
They know whenever they ask a question they will get a prompt and honest answer. Transparency is part of our mission! We are always transparent and honest with our clients. We love what we do and develop lifelong relationships with our clients who feel more like friends and family by the end of the wedding planning process.
