As an out of town Mother of the Bride, Angel and her team's support and professionalism were crucial to a wonderful celebration. My wife and I were unsure whether we needed a coordinator or planner for our wedding, and we thought we could do it ourselves. I think it took a full 30 seconds after we started speaking with Angel on the phone for us to realize we were in way over our heads. We hired Angel as our day-of coordinator and she helped us plan out to the minute our entire wedding day. She helped coordinate with all of our vendors to ensure we had everything that we needed, and as her title suggests, she oversaw the entire preparation and execution of our events on the day of. Our wedding parties had great things to say about her as well. Everyone was well prepared. They all knew what they had to do and when they had to do it. Words can't express how grateful we are for Angel and her team. We received so many compliments from our guests about how smooth everything went. Angel and her company did our florals too, and we got so many compliments on the decor and design of our event space. She was always kind and warm, and took the time to take calls with us when we needed to solve issues that came up. It also helped that most of our vendors were familiar with Angel and loved working with her. She went above and beyond for us, and we can't recommend Angel and her team enough to help you with your wedding coordinating/planning.

Our wedding day was an absolute dream come true, largely thanks to Angel and Greenhouse Events. From the moment we enlisted their services, we knew we were in capable hands, but the level of professionalism, expertise, and genuine care she and her team demonstrated throughout the process far exceeded our expectations. From the jump, Angel worked with us to create our menu of options for partial planning and event coordination. We had a segmented Wedding Day, with a traditional church ceremony, a casual brunch, and a branded cocktail reception that seemed daunting to other vendors, but Angel met and grew my excitement to see the vision come through. Add to boot, we planned our wedding in 5 months.

Angel took the time to understand our vision for the day and worked tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure that every detail was executed flawlessly. From coordinating with vendors to managing our timeline, she handled everything gracefully and efficiently, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the joy of the occasion without any stress or worry.

One of the things that impressed us most was her ability to anticipate and address any potential issues before they arose. From last-minute changes in the seating arrangements to ensuring that guests and our parties were appropriately directed at any given moment. Angel and Natiya easily handled every curveball, ensuring that our day proceeded without a hitch.

Angel also meticulously reviewed our timeline and layout to confirm that every aspect of the day flowed seamlessly. Because of her, we coordinated and planned a wedding from several states away with her through Zoom and phone sessions. We could also leverage her extensive network of contractors to staff and serve all of our guests on a cost-effective budget. Wakka (bartender) was a dream and all of our guests appreciated his warm smile, often in pursuit of dwindling a long bar line.

But perhaps most importantly, our coordinator was an absolute pleasure to work with. Angel and her team were calm and maintained a confident and reassuring demeanor to keep us grounded amidst the whirlwind of emotions that come with planning a wedding. They were always available to offer guidance and support, and their positive attitude and infectious enthusiasm made the entire experience even more enjoyable.

From a cost perspective, we couldn't be happier and we appreciated the transparency and flexibility Angel employed to make sure our needs were met. She never made me feel like anything couldn't be done, and that was a great feeling as a a-typical professional planner. I will also add that after the wedding, Angel provided us with 1000+ behind the scenes videos so we saw our spaces before our crowd arrived. Having had that vision and buying my decor, that was very special as well.

They all exhibit professionalism, expertise, and unwavering commitment to ensuring that our day was everything we dreamed of and unparalleled to any other wedding we've attended, making us feel incredibly special.
