As an out of town Mother of the Bride, Angel and her team's support and professionalism were crucial to a wonderful celebration. Weddings are now a weekend filled with multiple events and the logistics are complex. From the careful planning and deep network of vendors to the easygoing and thorough attention to every detail during our wedding weekend, we were thrilled. I truly cannot say enough good things about Angel and the entire Greenhouse Events team. Everything was absolutely beautiful, beyond anything I could have ever imagined. The florals were unreal. So full, elegant, and thoughtfully done, they completely set the tone and made everything feel so magical. I’m still not over how stunning everything looked. Leading up to the day, I kept expecting to feel stressed, but I never did. The entire process felt calm and easy, which made such a difference and allowed us to fully enjoy the experience. When the day arrived and everything came together, it was better than anything I could have hoped for. I am so grateful to Angel and the Greenhouse Events team and would recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone looking for something truly beautiful and seamless. -

Angel made our wedding dreams come true. We worked with her for both month-of coordination and our florals, and she did a great job with both. We began working with her a little bit less than a year out, and she was a consistent resource for us the whole time, from vendor recommendations to periodic check-ins. We were rather type-a with our planning, and really liked her google sheet planner and google slides binder as our go-to resources for building out our plans. She played a huge role in mapping out our timeline, and was really helpful with our floor plans as well, since we chose a raw space venue (we built them out in Prismm, a 3D rendering tool, which was sooo cool!). And she set up all our personal items at the venue exactly how we envisioned. She brought a mix of flexibility and stern-ness to her demeanor on the actual day, which is needed for someone with her responsibilities!
When it came to florals, she did an amazing job bringing our moodboards to life, setting our expectations, and keeping us updated with what she was able to source in the days leading up to our wedding. And then on the day itself, we were simply BLOWN AWAY with all the bud vases, arrangements, and bouquets she built. They were absolutely gorgeous. I still look at photos of the arrangements every few days and they bring me so much joy. -

I recently had the pleasure of working with Angel Green from Greenhouse Events as my wedding coordinator, and I cannot express enough how incredible she made the entire planning process. From the very first meeting, Angel demonstrated a level of thoughtfulness and intention that immediately put me at ease. She took the time to understand my vision for the wedding, asking insightful questions and genuinely listening to my ideas and concerns.
What stood out the most about Angel was her ability to move quickly and with purpose. Weddings can be overwhelming, with countless details to manage, and I often found myself with a barrage of questions and decisions to make. Angel was always ready with fast and efficient answers. No matter how trivial my inquiries seemed, she approached each one with professionalism and care, ensuring I felt supported throughout the planning journey.
One of the qualities I appreciated most about Angel was her honesty. She was truthful in her assessments and provided realistic expectations about what was feasible within our budget and timeline. I never had to worry about her sugarcoating any information or leading me down a path that might not serve my best interests. Instead, she protected my interests fiercely, especially when negotiating and liaising with other vendors. It was reassuring to know I had someone looking out for me during such an important time.
Beyond her professionalism, working with Angel was genuinely enjoyable. She brought a fun and enthusiastic vibe that transformed what could have been a stressful experience into a joyful collaboration. Her creativity shone through as she offered fantastic ideas and solutions that enhanced our plans. Working with Angel was truly the best decision I made in wedding planning. My mom and I did not think we needed a planner and until about 2 months before the wedding had done just about everything ourselves. 8 weeks out, we realized we realized that we finally needed help. Every vendor was in place and the venue provided lots of coordination, but we still felt a bit unsure about how the execution of the event would unfold.
Angel stepped in and taught us so much. All the anxiety and stress I previously had went away. On the day of she was everywhere, doing everything, and even thinking about and taking care of things we didn’t know we even needed to think about or take care of!
The day ended up being flawless and it was in so much thanks to Angel. I would recommend her a million times over! -

From day one my husband and I knew that although we didn't want to put in that much work for our wedding, we wanted to be a beautiful affair. Angel absolutely made that a reality! People would ask us how wedding planning was going and up until 2 weeks before the wedding we were honest and said, it doesn't even feel like we're planning one! She figured out all the logistics, vendors, timeline. She even planned our rehearsal dinner and was there to make sure things went seamlessly (which it did). Would highly recommend. -

We booked for both florals and planning. We could not be more grateful to Angel for her unbelievable help. When beginning to plan our wedding, we had some vague ideas of what we liked, but were not completely sure. Despite only advertising as a 3 month planner, Angel helped us from the day we booked with her (a little under a year and a half before our wedding). She recommended amazing vendors, let us run ideas and questions by her at any time, and helped us craft the most beautiful day. We intentionally decided that florals would be lower on our list of priorities and expenses. Angel also does florals through Greenhouse Events, and she showed us beautiful photos and had the most reasonable prices of any florist we had met. I had a few requests for florals: namely, I wanted a few peonies for my bouquet in November, and gave a few other types of flowers I'd love to see. Peonies are not in season in November in North America, so I knew it might be difficult. Flash forward to our wedding: Angel had everything so detailed and organized, and everything moved so seamlessly. She absolutely blew us away with her decor and florals. It probably looked like a wedding that would have spent triple what we actually did on florals based on the STUNNING flowers. When I asked for a few peonies, she delivered literal buckets of peonies. Everyone was talking to us about how stunning the decor was, and we couldn't agree more. Angel really picked up on what we did and didn't like, helped us identify the most important parts of the day, and made sure we felt special and taken care of with little things we wouldn't think of already planned for in advance. She also kept everything running smoothly but in a relaxed way that was not pushy or frustrating for guests, and kept us on schedule while allowing for extra time for things as they came up. We could not recommend Angel any more highly. She is truly a lifesaver and made our day unbelievably special and perfect. -

Amazing!!!
Hiring greenhouse events was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! Angel was amazing! I had great vibe from the very first intro phone call and knew I wanted her there on the big day! She really made a world of a difference in our planning process and built the foundation of our day. She came to our rehearsal the night before and was so helpful! Day of she was amazing make sure everything was running smoothly despite hiccups from other vendors she really helped pull it all together. Highly recommend!! She helped wrangle my nephew the ring bearer to get him down the aisle! She went above and beyond packing everything up and getting it safely to our hotel room. So very much appreciated. The day would not have been the same with out her!!! In addition she sent over 1000 photos and videos or behind the scenes footage!! Thank you so much!! -

Picking Greenhouse Events to plan my wedding was the absolute best decision I made throughout the whole process. I had no idea how to plan a wedding going in, but Angel made the process so easy for me and explained everything clearly. She communicated and coordinated with every other vendor. She is kind, honest, diligent, flexible, and so competent. She made sure to completely understand the vibe I was going for and executed perfectly. She thought about and perfected every little detail. I was so confident leading up to the day knowing she would be there and would make sure everything went smoothly. Great Experience
My wife and I were unsure whether we needed a coordinator or planner for our wedding, and we thought we could do it ourselves. I think it took a full 30 seconds after we started speaking with Angel on the phone for us to realize we were in way over our heads. We hired Angel as our day-of coordinator and she helped us plan out to the minute our entire wedding day. She helped coordinate with all of our vendors to ensure we had everything that we needed, and as her title suggests, she oversaw the entire preparation and execution of our events on the day of. Our wedding parties had great things to say about her as well. Everyone was well prepared. They all knew what they had to do and when they had to do it. Words can't express how grateful we are for Angel and her team. We received so many compliments from our guests about how smooth everything went. Angel and her company did our florals too, and we got so many compliments on the decor and design of our event space. She was always kind and warm, and took the time to take calls with us when we needed to solve issues that came up. It also helped that most of our vendors were familiar with Angel and loved working with her. She went above and beyond for us, and we can't recommend Angel and her team enough to help you with your wedding coordinating/planning. -

Best choice we made for our wedding was hiring Angel. If Angel is on your team, you’re going to win, period. She and her team are all super focused, creative, solutions oriented, and a fiercely effective advocate for their couples.
Greenhouse Events is a rare find and exactly the blend of services we were looking for - DOC, vision planning, flower design, and materials sourcing, so we could do a lot of tasks ourselves but have one single source of trust and direction. We’re a very capable and independent couple, so we wanted to be hands-on with the process, but needed a leader to be both an extension of us and make sure we were headed in the right direction. Most importantly, we wanted the wedding planning process to be FUN and bring us closer together as a couple. It was important to us that we find a planner who was a total expert at the ins and outs of guest experience, run of show, bringing our vision to life, and hold everyone (us included) accountable in the months leading up.
When we first started planning, we decided on 3 words we wanted to encapsulate our wedding - intimate, joyful, relaxed - and that’s exactly how I would describe our day, and the entire process of planning with Angel. She turned our vendors and venue staff from being ‘people we hired’ to one united team. I was hugging her staff just as much as I hugged my family and friends!
A few highlights of her team during the wedding:
- Our bakery delivered the cake to the wrong place, and while the team figured out how to get it on site, they hedged their bets, ran to a grocery store, turned a basic circular sheet cake into a MASTERPIECE that was literally 100x cuter than our original cake! (see pic) Hilarious because through the planning process, I’d told Angel that all I really wanted was a grocery store cake but my guests would want something bougier. In the end, we all won, and we were surprised with the cake of our dreams. The girls didn’t even tell me about the whole ordeal, they just handled it fully and never exposed us to the stress.
- Somehow her team also found time to take 350 mobile photos and videos of BTS, speeches, candid moments, and 50 amazing polaroid candids! Another delightful surprise.
- I’m convinced they fixed the weather?! It was the 6th Saturday in a row to be absolutely disgusting outside. Angel was watching the doppler like a hawk, and at 1:30pm texted me, “It’s going to clear up at 2pm, we’re doing it outside!” And she was right. It ended up being a gorgeous fall afternoon and evening, my guests were thrilled to be maximizing the magical garden space exactly as she’d designed it for the ceremony and dinner.
- We weren’t super budget conscious but she still was - she looked out for every way we could be efficient. She also monitored our contract closely and reallocated hours we didn’t use toward other ways she could help or give us credits back. Just a good example of her partnership style, you can really trust her.
I don’t think we could have found a better match. I love the way I feel when I look back on our day. Thank you Angel, Kevin, Natiya, Aja and Brittany for all of the love and support you poured into our day! -

Where do we begin? We have so many incredible things to say about our experience with Greenhouse Events it’s difficult to know where to start.
We had a gut feeling when we met Angel that she saw us and our vision for wedding and she honestly exceeded our expectations across the board. As our planner and coordinator, she was kind, open, creative, patient, incredibly supportive, fiercely adaptable, and truly dedicated. She made our needs her own and helped us navigate through some very tricky situations and complex coordination with our warehouse venue leading up to our wedding. We asked a lot of the greenhouse team, and the only thing better than being completely blown away by their execution the day of our wedding, was hearing the same thing from our friends and loved ones over and over again for months after.
In addition to hiring greenhouse events as our coordinating + planning team, we also hired them as our florists + creative designers. Words do not capture the level of artistry and attention to detail Kevin and Angel delivered across multiple floors and spaces on our wedding day. From our bouquets, to our décor, to the collaborative installations we envisioned - we loved the way they embraced our aesthetic and specificity from the get but were floored by the way they literally brought them to life before our eyes when our day finally arrived.
This is a boutique group of truly talented individuals that collaborated with us, advocated for us, and celebrated our joy with a moving sense of both professionalism and sincerity. Picking a wedding planner really sets the tone for how your event(s) will go once they arrive. We did a few interviews and didn’t really hear what we wanted, neither personally nor professionally from some of the planners who spoke often about the costs of doing business. When we first met Angel, we got to understand her style and approach, and had faith that things would go well. She was level-headed and reasonable from the get-go. She and her team rewarded our faith beyond our wildest expectations. Angel not only became our wedding planner, but she was also a confidant, a shoulder to lean on, and a diligent set of eyes when approaching and negotiating contracts and vendors. She was in our corner 100% of the time, and helped us brainstorm ideas that made our wedding weekend both an intimate and personal experience even with roughly a combined 200 people coming to our three-plus events.
She was available via text when needed, and on video chat for longer calls. She listened intently to both us and our families, carefully calibrating what we would need to the smallest detail. She even got a family member of mine who had multiple food allergies a separate meal at our welcome dinner amid all the other things going on that night. She set aside a table for us at one of our events to make sure we had a chance to eat and not be interrupted for just 30 short minutes. We had a complicated fusion wedding, but once it all got going, you’d never really think there was an issue at any point. We had guests tell us that her team’s professionalism was unmatched. No wedding can be perfect, but when even the most minor hiccup arose, Angel handled it with a calm and grace that really allowed us to enjoy our events. We have been told our wedding and events were some of the most fun that guests had ever encountered, and none of this would have been possible without Angel and the team at Greenhouse.
We are happy to call her a friend after this experience, and couldn’t recommend her more strongly to be the person that ensures your wedding day runs perfectly.

We hired Angel as our day of coordinator. While we already had all of our vendors and a vision of the day, Angel worked with us to fine tune the timeline and was able to organize things we had not even thought of!

If I could give Greenhouse Events and Angel 10 stars, I would. There are not enough words for how incredible our entire experience with Angel and her team was. From start to finish, Angel went above and beyond to help us with every detail to make our dream wedding come to life. We planned our wedding in NYC from across the country (we live in CA) so naturally this should have made the entire experience 1,000x more stressful. However, we would say planning our wedding was actually FUN thanks to Angel's expertise, her incredibly calm and kind demeanor, and her unwavering support and attention to us. We are still floored at how unbelievable our day was - better than we ever could have imagined, all thanks to Greenhouse Events.
Angel helped us to choose the best vendors to fit our vibe and budget, and we trusted her recommendations because they were people she had worked with on multiple occasions. It was a priority for us to support vendors that were BIPOC/women and she helped us to do just that. She helped us to know all of our options and never made us feel like we "should" do this or that - she was our cheerleader and biggest supporter throughout the entire process, even after the wedding was over! From the rehearsal to the actual day of the wedding, ceremony and reception included, Angel's ability to coordinate so many moving parts and people seemed easy for her, and she did it all with a smile and an incredibly calm (AND GENUINELY KIND) demeanor throughout. Our families were THRILLED, our friends loved her and her staff, and it really felt like one big happy family getting together for a reunion.
Angel took care of so many things on our behalf that we didn't even have to ask for - she just took care of it, and especially, us. Even with some incredibly absurd situations that were out of anyone's control, Angel and the Greenhouse Event staff were so calm and collected, it was impossible for us to be stressed out because we knew they had it under control. She truly listened to us - it was clear that she ACTUALLY cared about us. Not just our wants, but also the things that made us happy, the things that made our relationship unique.
Angel is so much more than just a coordinator and wedding planner. She became a friend who was extremely invested in making our day so special, and she made the entire planning experience actually fun.
Angel's, and the entire Greenhouse Events staff's, level of professionalism is unmatched and supremely admirable.
We actually would get married all over again just to be able to work with her again.

Seamless experience, even with rain!
We are so glad we had Angel and her team as event coordinators on our wedding day! Our caterer connected us last minute - we met the week before our wedding and she seamlessly picked up all of our ongoing conversations (I didn't send a single email the week of), and ensured our day went smoothly.
It rained, so our outdoor ceremony & cocktail hour were moved inside, requiring last minute adjustments. We put our trust in Angel to make any decisions (trust is key!), and are so glad we did.
We had an absolute blast, and are glad we weren't worried about the logistics as the night went on. Cannot recommend Greenhouse Events enough! -

My husband and I engaged Angel and Greenhouse Events for day-of coordination, which was more helpful than we could have even imagined! Angel acted as our planner and advocate from the start of our work together. She was organized, creative, and had all details down; she helped us procure vendors late in the game; and was a supportive sounding board when we needed some help navigating the dynamics of bringing together families, when we hit bumps or questions about our day-of logistics, etc. We really appreciated how hands-on she and her assistant, Linda, we were willing to be. Having her on board let us enjoy our day knowing that we were in good hands and that everything would run smoothly. Even when a few deliveries were off, it didn't interrupt our joy - Angel made sure it was taken care of.
Beyond our wedding, she was in touch about how we were doing and shared the thoughtful, responsible ways she found to take care of some of our leftover items (like taking our leftover florals to seniors to brighten their days!). She truly went above and beyond.

Angel (our coordinator) was nothing short of AMAZING on the days leading into the wedding + on the big day!
She was so nice and easy to work with and made us feel comfortable and confident the whole way through - which was super important to us to know that we can trust our coordinator. Even in times of high stress, she brought such a calming demeanor and handled things so professionally - me and my wife would have been so lost without her!

Greenhouse handled both our flowers and day-of coordination for our wedding. We thought Angel + Greenhouse Events handled these aspects really well. Angel was very thoughtful with what types of flowers to incorporate based on our color interests and the available flowers based on the season. The flowers + tablescape results were beautiful and right out of our dreams; we are still hearing from family and friends about how stunning the floral arrangements were for both the ceremony and reception. Angel also did a tremendous job helping us with planning along the way - especially when we had difficulties with our original caterer, she helped advise us and secured us a new caterer just six month before our event. Day-of Angel was great at stepping in and mediating situations effectively, she really kept everyone aligned on our vision. Overall, Angel’s problem-solving skills and passion for creating our perfect day were a big asset - Greenhouse Events is a great choice, especially if you want someone who can help keep things steady when bumps arise along the way during your planning. -

Angel made our wedding dreams come alive! I purchased most of the decor myself and put it in boxes which she picked up from our home and she set up everything better than I could have imagined. She also took 10GB worth of photos/videos of our weddings so we have the whole thing documented. As the bride, she really took control on the wedding day and I never felt any stress. Incredibly difficult process when working with this vendor. Problems appeared right from the moment we signed the contract. Variable communication, cancelled or rearranged meetings, multiple modes of communication (email, portal, text messages), lots of discussion about personal issues ongoing (health issues, problems with the vendors car, phone, home etc) began almost immediately after a first great meeting.
The real issues though came with attitude and professionalism. We were repeatedly told our ideas were impossible, weird, not normal, not going to work, etc etc. These were particularly evident when discussing how to incorporate customs from cultures outside of the US (which of course are totally normal there) and were very hurtful to hear.
About 1 month before our wedding, Angel's behavior became increasingly difficult (she expressed to our florist that she was having some personal issues), and she eventually told us over group text that she would not attend our wedding. This occurred several days after we made our final payment to her. This came out of nowhere for us, and when we expressed our confusion and that we were worried about this, she told us it was normal for a day of coordinator to not attend the event (it's not) and that if we read her contract it is stated that she can do this and there was really nothing we could do. This response was so shocking and disappointing to us, and led to a complete lack of trust. It's abundantly clear that the contract is written in this manner because this isn't unusual for Angel, and she builds in protections for when she lets down her clients.
After this event, she was disengaged and hostile right up until the wedding. The bulk of the final planning was completed the day before our wedding, creating tremendous amounts of stress for both of us, and ruining precious family time.
I am sure Angel could do a good job for some couples, when she was engaged she was brilliant. However, her behavior was so unpredictable, I felt I had to write this review to warn others that this could also happen to you if she has something else going on, or if she decides she doesn't like you. Overall, the amount of extra stress was huge and had a major negative impact on how much we could enjoy the run up to our wedding.
