    I booked Karin for her day of services for my ceremony this past September. Karin was quick to answer my emails and had clear communication throughout working together. her and her team took care of all my needs and eased my anxiety. The ceremony looked beautiful and went smoothly. I would highly suggest booking Karin for your wedding or special event!

    Highly Recommend KO Events

    Karin is absolutely fantastic. We had a backyard wedding so a lot of DIY projects and she was so helpful throughout the wedding planning process and gave great recommendations. She also was familiar with some of my vendors and flagged a lot of things that I needed to be proactive about that I likely wouldn't have thought of on my own. She is the one who recommended our DJ, and to us the DJ is one of the most (if not the most) important vendors and he was fantastic. Karin's teammate Stephany was also great. Any issues that arose throughout the night they were on it. She is very reasonably priced as well. To top it all off, they were so nice and so responsive. Karin was my day of coordinator, but she did beyond that and I'm so grateful for all of her help to help make our day so great.

    We loved karin and stephany!

    One of the best decisions we had during planning our wedding was hiring KO Event Planning. Karin helped me for years due to postponing twice from covid. Our original date was Oct 2020 and we ended up finally having our wedding March 2022. Karin stayed in contact with me for all that time checking in, keeping me on track and helping me getting back into wedding planning. Karin and Stephany were amazing day of and helped to keep everything on track throughout the normal wedding day delays. I cannot recommend them enough we LOVED having them as part of our day!!

    Don't hesitate with KO Event Planning

    THANK YOU KO EVENT PLANNING! With all the uncertainty in this present time, it was a relief to know for certain that Karin and Stephany would take the reins on the day of the wedding. We hired KO Event Planning for partial planning services and day of coordination services. I would recommend them over and over again for making our day the BEST day of our lives. I did not worry about a thing on the wedding day because I knew Karin and Stephany had my back. They were behind the scenes running the entire day - from handling vendors on site, setting up the cocktail hour area, setting up the reception tables and centerpieces, arranging the bars and cake table, and even live streaming our wedding mass. They treat you as lifelong friends and want the best for you and your day. Stephany even decorated our cake for us!!!

    Leading up to the day, we communicated primarily with Karin. She joined calls with our vendors and followed up with them when necessary. Karin also helped us navigate cancelling our venue and pivoting to a backyard reception within 7 weeks. She and Stephany gave us advice on everything we asked about - from waitstaff to alcohol to tent set up and flow of the event. Both came for a site visit, and Karin came 2 days before the wedding to go through all the supplies, decor, etc for the wedding. We had set expectations from the beginning on what services we needed, and I can't say enough. All I know is that they are worth their services and are genuinely good human beings. We miss them already!!

    Thank You KO Events!

    KO Event Planning was outstanding in helping me with my wedding. They played a vital role once covid hit and we had to completely replan our wedding going with Plan B. Karin helped from the beginning, assisting us with quickly booking new vendors to execute our backyard wedding and truly kept me from having full melt downs numerous times LOL. On the day of Karin and Stephany arrived overseeing set up and ensuring everything we had discussed was executed perfectly. My husband and I were so very thankful to have them there along with my mom who didn't think I needed a day of coordinator. By the end of the night she was personally thanking Karin and Stephany for all that they did. Thank you KO for making my wedding day perfect! Although we were super bummed to not have our wedding at our original venue our day could not have been more amazing. The care and love you show for your clients and their families is top notch!

    The best ever!

    Karin and Stephany were such a crucial part of our wedding day. As soon as we booked with Karin, we felt a sense of relief. Even though we booked KO Event Planning as a DOC, Karin was always available for questions, tips, and guidance leading up to the big day. All our planning and decor was executed beautifully. Karin and Stephany made sure my husband and I had everything we needed and more on our day. My husband and I along with our families were so impressed by Karin and Stephany. Because of them, we were able to have a worry free day. We are so thankful for them!

    Such a weight off my shoulders!! 10/10 Would recommend!

    I booked KO Event Planning as a Day of Coordinator for my backyard wedding after seeing someone recommend them in the Brides of Long Island FB page. Karin was amazing!! A few months leading up to the big day, Karin would go over details with me and provide me with checklists and other little helpful tools to make sure I didn't forget anything. She did site visits and gave recommendations based on her experiences. She was so responsive 100% of the time and kept me on track when I felt overwhelmed. There were so many moving parts to my wedding and Karin coordinated them all so I could just enjoy my day! I also booked my bartenders and waitstaff through Karin. I couldn't have asked for a better team! The waitstaff was perfect: friendly, helpful, and did an amazing job cleaning up. Not only did they do an amazing job but they all brought such happy. positive vibes which was exactly what I needed on this day. Do not hesitate to book KO Event Planning for your event!! My event couldn't have gone smoother!

    Lifesavers!

    Being a covid bride KO Events was a lifesaver! We decided to pull the plug on our wedding just TWO months before our big day. I quickly realized I needed planning help along with day of coordination. I reached out to Karin and quickly felt at ease. Her prompt response and coordination of a call was appreciated. We reviewed her services and how she may be able to assist. I knew right away not only was she going to help with all that I needed but her price was well below what I had priced out with other planners. From the moment we booked with KO we had hands on help, guiding us through the stressful process. Karin was always willing to jump on a call with me at any time and trust me I requested that a lot! Fast forward to day of Karin and Stephany arrived and set everything up for me. I had A TON of decor and was super concerned about it all getting set up like I had envisioned. Thanks to Karin and Stephany our day from start to finish ran smooth. We never had to worry about anything as they were doing it all behind the scenes. We are so thankful to KO for helping us bring together our special day after having to lose out on our venue due to covid. Don't hesitate to hire them. They are worth every penny and more!!

    AMAZING is an u dee statement

    I worked with Karin for a little under a year to plan my wedding at a very non traditional venue. Not only is she a sweetheart, but when we first spoke I feel like she captured my vision so well I knew she was going to be great. What I wanted was a simple, fun and cute Halloween themed wedding and I got that and so much more. All year she kept me on track and even took care of working with certain vendors. She went above and beyond all year long. When I lost contracts or needed to make payments Karin was on it. And her prices are insanely reasonable. The night before my wedding a decorator I had hired was calling me because she couldn’t gain access to the venue…I was at my rehearsal dinner and texted Karin in a panic and it was taken care of without hesitation. I could go on and on but there truly are no words !!! She is incredibly organized and has a fabulous eye for decor and design.

    10/10- Highly Recommend

    I recently hired a bartender and waitress from KO Event Planning for my backyard wedding. I reached out to KO Event with just a few weeks to go until my wedding. Karin responded immediately that she had staff available. A few days prior to the wedding, Karin reached to me via text along with the Lauren who was bartending and Lisa who was waitressing to discuss details of the event. On the day of the wedding Lauren and Lisa arrived on time. They also arrived at the same time the food arrived. Without skipping a beat they took over setting up the food and getting the bar ready which was a huge relief! Throughout the night we didn't have to lift a finger. After dinner was served, they packed up leftovers, set up the cake/dessert and coffee. They even froze a piece of cake for us (without me asking). I am so thrilled they did that since I didn't get a chance to have some during the event! I would HIGHLY recommend using KO Event for your event!

    Great Experience!

    KO did an AMAZING job day of my wedding. They executed each of the tasks I asked them to handle and more. I didn't know about anything going on in the background and got to focus on my husband and guests. I highly recommend them and am so glad I booked them for day of help. We had many email, text and phone call exchanges making me feel fully supported and less stressed leading up to the big day.

    AMAZING! Very happy!

    BOOK THEM! Karin and her team at KO Event Planning made my wedding the day of our dreams! I had to postpone my wedding due to covid and rushed to plan a micro-wedding in just a few months. I initially reached out to Karin regarding wait staff and a bartender and eventually opted to have her as my day of coordinator! I couldn't be happier! She was able to handle all of the day-of setup and made sure my day ran smoothly so I didn't need to worry! The wait staff was beyond amazing too! They made sure the tables were always clean and guests felt taken care of. They made sure everything was set up and checked with me throughout the night to be sure I was taken care of. The bartender was also incredible! She made delicious cocktails and was an absolute blast! Somehow she managed making all the drinks for 85 people with ease! I was worried a line might begin to form but she made sure it moved quickly and everyone was taken care of! KO Events was a breeze to work with and made sure to give me every option within my budget! Couldn't recommend them more!
