Ally was absolutely amazing! She worked with us to help plan our wedding and made everything run so smoothly. Everyone was so surprised at how relaxed and calm I was on our wedding day, and I attribute that to Ally. I had no worries that she would ensure our day ran as smoothly as possible. She had a template ready for us to fill out with specific details she needed, like songs required for different parts of the wedding, seating information, and vendor arrival times--all things I wouldn't have known how to do on my own if it weren't for Ally. When we did our final walk through at our venue, the event coordinator was so impressed with Ally's organization. If you use Knot Common Events for any form of planning, you can be sure she will make your day run perfectly.

Ally and her team were wonderful to work with. Ally handled all the details of my daughter's wedding in Banner Elk. She is very organized, professional and kind. She was the reason the wedding was so beautiful and ran flawlessly. Thank you Ally for making her wedding so special!

We worked with Kaitlin and Ally at Knot Common and they made our wedding day so easy, smooth, and enjoyable from start to finish. Kaitlin was on top of wrangling all of the wedding party and family, directing everyone throughout the rehearsal and wedding day. I truly got to show up and enjoy the day with very few distractions- from the time I went into the suite to start getting ready until I came out for the ceremony, the space totally transformed and I didn't have to think about a thing. The team at Knot Common were extremely helpful every step of the way and we would recommend them to anyone!

Ally was so great to work with for my daughter's wedding and we loved working with her. She was easygoing, yet very organized and on top of all of the details to help things run smoothly. She answered all of our questions during the month leading up to the wedding and provided valuable advice as we made decisions. She worked seamlessly with all of our vendors and helped make sure everything ran smoothly on the wedding day. From the timeline for the rehearsal night and throughout the wedding day, she was there to handle all of the details. On the wedding day, she took care of all of the set up of the decor so that I could enjoy every moment with my daughter. Even with the little unexpected things that might happen on the wedding day, like a broken hook on my daughters dress, she was quickly there to help out. We loved working with Ally and I would definitely recommend her and choose her again!

Ally and her team saved my wedding! While growing up my mother did florals for friends and families weddings. We even had my brothers wedding in my mothers backyard years ago and we did it all, start to finish--that being said, we had the same thoughts for my wedding (LOL). I knew that I would essentially be useless but my mom and dad along with family friends thought that we could do my whole wedding without others helping. My mother and I did dried florals for 95% of the wedding and so the rest was just set up. Things obviously got hectic (from what I was told) and if it weren't for Ally and her assistant, my entire reception would not have been set up. She completely took all of my stress away and when I saw everything completed I would have never known "my people" didn't put it together. Now I will say, a few things ended up in the wrong area but that is completely my fault because I never told anyone all of the tiny little details but I take full responsibility for that and I honestly did not care. My wedding was perfect and without Ally I probably would not have made it down that isle!

Also, she sent me a few short videos that she got throughout the day and that has been a big help while waiting on the stuff from my videographer and photographer!

Ally was so great!! We had the inside 30 days package and she even answered some questions prior to that for us! She met with us during the 30 days and gave us alot of support and confidence that everything would come together just perfect and it did! She was in contact with all the vendors and made sure everyone was on task the day of the wedding. The whole thing went off without a hitch thanks to Ally and her team! She really was a calming force at the rehearsal and the wedding, we cannot thank her enough!!

If I could give Ally and Knot Common Events more than 5 stars, I would! We last minute found ourselves needing help with planning and coordinating and Ally was able to help! Prior to the wedding, she brought things to my attention that I wouldn’t have thought of without her, making our day SO much more special! She made our rehearsal a breeze and calmed all my nerves for the following day. It was so nice to not have to worry about a single thing on our wedding day such as when vendors were showing up because she had all of that under control (and if something did go wrong, I truly had no idea)! She was there for the entire day and made everything from set up to clean up, and everything in between her priority so we were able to completely focus on our wedding and each other! She even sent us an entire album of behind the scenes footage the next day which was beautiful! Thank you Ally!!
