Kirk was an amazing DJ! We found Kirk from our Venue recommendation list and reviewed his stellar reviews on The Knot and Wedding Wire. After speaking with him and other DJs we chose to go with Kirk because he fulfilled all of the needs we were looking for and was also reasonably priced.

It was very easy to work with Kirk as he communicated well. He responded to emails in a reasonable time and agreed to have Zoom meetings to discuss what we were looking for leading up to the wedding.

On the day of the wedding he arrived on time, was appropriately dressed, and ready for our guests when they came. Guests loved interacting with Kirk and said he was very funny and kind!

Before the wedding, we provided Kirk with a playlist of some songs that we liked. Some were slow songs for cocktail/dinner time others were fun dancing songs. He was able to appropriately play the songs at different times of the night and he added his own recommendations which matched the style of music we were looking for perfectly.

Lastly, Kirk MC-ed the event and really helped us and all of the vendors stay on time, keeping the night flowing smoothly.

I would recommend Kirk to anyone who is having a wedding or other events in the DMV area.

In 2018 my brother and sister-in-law had Kirk DJ their wedding. Their wedding was a blast and everyone RAVED about how great the music and the DJ was. Two days after getting engaged Kirk was the first vendor we reached out to and hired. He was super easy to work with, and answered all my questions (I think at one point I was emailing him daily). My reception was amazing and he had everyone dancing. Our reception ended at midnight and the hotel had to turn the lights on and tell us to leave because everyone was having such a good time. Kirk is an amazing DJ! He was so kind to me and my husband, my family and my guest. I would recommend him to everyone! You are lucky if he does your wedding.

Kirk was a pleasure to work with.

He was super flexible and basically ran our wedding reception...despite us having a coordinator. He made sure to give everyone ample warning when they were due to give a blessing or a speech. He kept our guests aware of what was happening and also checked in on us multiple times throughout the night. He kept the party going with a great mix of music and everyone had a wonderful time overall.
