We had a fantastic time at our wedding, in big part thanks to DJ Mopheus. In particular, he worked with us on incorporating a Second Line that everyone loved, and appropriately managed when our toasts went (very!) long. We also appreciated that he was very communicative prior to our big day. Thank you to J&J Entertainment for helping our guests dance the night away!

Bruce Pike Productions does the best job at livening up each and every party! The talent is always amazing and they find the perfect fit for each event to tailor the music to each client perfectly. Our wedding clients have always had a blast using them!

DJ Right Touch was perfect! He was definitely one of the reasons our friends and family won’t stop talking about our reception! Even the hotel raved about how much fun everyone had. He was extremely professional and scheduled a few conference calls during the planning to ensure he understood what we wanted from him and how we wanted the evening to go. He was extremely patient with us, despite our many demands and executed our vision flawlessly. It’s Thursday and our reception was Sunday—yet my legs still hurt from all the dancing! I highly recommend Andre. We was the “right touch” to our special evening.

Our experience with House Monsters was amazing. Arias was responsive and offered advice during the planning stages. Our wedding went smoothly with the right songs at the right time. He engaged with our friends and family and had the crowd on the dance floor all night! Our day wouldn’t have been as special without him.

Hiring DJ Don X was, without a doubt, one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. We were a little nervous about blending my vibrant Nigerian culture with Ben's family's background for a truly unified party. We needed a DJ who could be a cultural translator, a party starter, and a vibe curator. DJ Don X exceeded every expectation. From our initial consultation, he was invested. He asked thoughtful questions about specific Highlife, Afrobeats, and Afro-pop songs that were important to my family, and he was equally enthusiastic about incorporating classic rock and indie hits that spoke to Ben's side. He crafted a timeline that honored traditions like the money spray (which he announced perfectly to ensure all guests understood the joyful significance) while keeping the energy electric and inclusive. The reception was pure magic. He seamlessly mixed Wizkid with The Killers, and Tems with Bruce Springsteen. A pivotal moment was our cultural presentation. He handled the switching between traditional Nigerian music and our entrance song with precision. The sound was impeccable, and his announcements were clear, respectful, and full of energy. I think it’s appropriate to start by saying that out of the 160 guests that we had at our wedding, at-least 50 of them went out of their way to tell us how incredible the music was and that they hadn’t danced like that in years. From start to finish Mattie was unbelievably professional and timely. He made my wife and I feel like he truly wanted to get to know our taste in music and the vision we wanted on the dance floor. After that he consistently assured us that he knows our vision and will bring it to life. He exceeded my expectations by miles. From old to young everyone was on the dance floor all night long and his skillset truly made the night incredible. I would choose Mattie over any other DJ or Wedding Band that I’ve experienced in the wedding I’ve been to in my life. He truly made the night. -The Happy Groom

We were recommended DJ Urban Cowboy by a friend who hire him for her wedding. He was amazing to work with, giving us advice based on his experience. We had a wide variety of music that we like and (80's, dance, salsa, Hip-Hop). He was really great reading the room and figuring out what would get people on the dance floor. We had a small wedding (~60 people) and a lot of our friends don't really dance, but at some point in the evening almost everyone was on the dance floor (even if it was to sing-a-long loudly to a song). As an MC he was amazing and went beyond what I expected. We had games with prizes during cocktail hour that he announced the winners too. Several, balls got dropped logistically during set up (that was not DJ related) and when my husband went to handle it DJ Urban Cowboy stepped in to help so we would not have to worry in the middle of dinner. I am really glad we hired him and would recommend him to anyone.

If you are looking for a DJ who truly understands the assignment, this is your guy. From the start, he was well-priced, responsive, and incredibly easy to work with. I gave a lot of input on music (because I’m particular 😬), including a fairly extensive “Do Not Play” list, and he respected it completely. Not a single cringe song made it onto the dance floor. That alone deserves a gold star. The logistics of his set up for our outdoor ceremony and very old barn reception? I couldn't tell you a thing about it; he handled it with the venue without me needing to worry at all. When I was interviewing DJs, my most important question was: "How do you feel about Do Not Play lists and curated playlists?" I wanted someone who respected that this was our wedding and our taste. Some DJs gave off a strong “don’t worry, I know what makes a good party” or “I’ll be the cruise director of your wedding” vibe, which was absolutely not what I wanted. Brandon was the opposite of that. He was open to input, collaborative, and genuinely cared about creating the atmosphere we envisioned. No flashy personality, no forced hype-man energy. What impressed me most is that I barely “noticed” him all night, except in the best possible way. The only times I was aware of his work were when a song came on that made me extra excited or when a transition felt perfect. Everything just flowed. We didn’t do grand entrances or big, showy announcements. That wasn’t the vibe we wanted. Brandon picked up on that immediately. He made the important announcements clearly and professionally when needed, but otherwise let the music carry the night. The dance floor was absolutely bumping, and the energy built naturally without ever feeling chaotic or cheesy. And plenty of our guests and vendors commented on this too. And the true MVP moment: our groomsmen surprised my husband with a Golden Girls singalong situation, and Brandon made it happen. And I'm sure they didn't really plan it with him so much as walk up to him the day of. It was an unforgettable part of our day. If you want a DJ who is intuitive, respectful of your preferences, collaborative, and focused on creating the exact vibe you want (without making it about themselves), I highly recommend A Dance Floor Production.
