We used Kate Phillips Events for our wedding in Goochland, VA on our family farm. Kate did a really incredible job. Seriously took my vision and brought it to life so perfectly. After months of planning it all came together so seamlessly. I would say I am also a typically busy person AND live outside of Viriginia, so I was planning from afar. Kate worked with my schedule for any planning meetings and made me feel confident that everything was coming along even without me physically there. The day after the wedding we were most thankful for Kate Phillips Events. Highly recommend!

Kate is the ABSOLUTE BEST. She and her team put together the most beautiful, memorable, wedding weekend of all time with over 300 guests and several different events Thursday - Sunday. Kate has both sides of the brain - she is solution oriented and practical, while creative and artistic. She is the most talented wedding planner I have ever seen. Throughout the whole process, she made me feel like I was the only wedding she had on her plate (when that was certainly not the case). I don't know how she juggles it all! I could not have asked for a more perfect wedding weekend. Choosing Kate as my wedding planner was the best decision my family made. It's no surprise she has won so many awards over the years - I would recommend her to anyone. When photographer pics come in, I would love to share them so all can see what an amazing job she did!

Kate at Kate Phillips Events was nothing less than exceptional as an event planner. She has an eye for aesthetics and design, worked closely with my daughter to create her wedding vision and demonstrated meticulous attention to detail. Planning a wedding during a pandemic is incredibly stressful and presents many unforeseen challenges. My daughter's wedding was rescheduled three times. Kate was nothing short of patient and frankly unflappable. The day of the event, she was at the venue from early in the morning until late in the evening. If you are looking for a wedding planner, Kate is the one!
