We were required to have a day-of coordinator by my daughter's ceremony venue, and I'm so glad we were! We received a suggestion of Julep Events, and Anna Martin was a dream to work with from the start - so kind, encouraging, and detail-oriented. She was very responsive and quick to find out answers to our questions. I only wish we had hired her for planning services as well!

Choosing a wedding coordinator/planner can be a tough task when you are unfamiliar with the options in this world of wedding planning. We came across Julep Events through our online search, and it felt like fate. Communicating with this team was easy, and we felt so valued in the responses to our questions and requests. We were paired with the BEST human being ever named Anna Martin of Julep Events. Anna helped us to coordinate the wedding of our dreams. We had already chosen our vendors, and Anna meticulously brought all the vendors together in a precisely timed and perfect event. There were so many details that I had overlooked that Anna took care of-things like timing of transportation, vendor requirements for the venue, timing of events, overall look of the reception, etc. She was like our guardian angel. We had a fusion Indian-Chinese wedding that has its own unique elements, and Anna worked to make those elements come to life. Anna and the Julep Events team were kind, patient, and so wonderful to work with. They will be our lifelong planning team for the events to come in our lives as a married couple, and I would recommend them to any of our family and friends!

I talked to so many wedding coordinators that had hidden fees or told me their base fee, just to add in about $2,000 more to get me the help I needed. Julep didn't do that. In fact, they were shocked when I asked if there would be any added on fees later. I immediately booked on the spot.

From there, Anna Martin was my coordinator and I could go on and on about how much I love her. I told anyone who would listen that she was such a godsend. She is kind, helpful, organized, and truly cares about her bride's day. I am an almost OCD organzied type of person and, from the get go, Anna made me feel very comfortable about handing over all of my plans and ideas to her to execute. She took over all vendor communication like it was no big deal. She handles fires with so much grace. She took my planned outdoor ceremony that moved to be an indoor ceremony (rain ugh) and made it the most perfect, beautiful, and seamless day. I could keep going (and have to those who have asked) but I'll just say that the only part of wedding planning that I will miss is working with Anna.

I can't say enough about Anna and Julep Events. I just had a wedding in March for my older daughter in our hometown of San Antonio...but my younger daughter wanted to get married in Fort Worth and I had no contacts. Anna was so helpful with recommendations, advice and being very organized. She was always looking out for us and putting out fires before I ever saw smoke! Anna worked behind the scenes confirming and double checking each vendor. I can honestly say I relaxed and enjoyed the whole wedding weekend knowing that she was in charge. Thank you Anna! We used Julep for the month of wedding planning. Our planner was Anna Martin. I’m the mother of the bride and words cannot express how much I appreciate all that Anna did! I was so unsure and stressed out trying to help plan my daughter’s wedding. Anna completely took charge, organizing, scheduling with vendors, creating a timeline and setting up and cleaning up. Anna Martin & Julep team were wonderful and amazing! Anna was a rockstar during the planning process and even more so on day of. She brought so much expertise and special ideas, and was just such a resource for us. She kept us on track, especially those last weeks! She was accommodating to our schedules and so easy to communicate with! She worked so well with all of the vendors and handled all day of needs with grace and ease and literally made my daughter's wedding perfect! Truly a joy to work with and get to know, and she'll always be special to my family!! Phenomenal service that I can't recommend enough!
