Best Photos, Best Experience!

Jon was an absolute joy to work with from the first call, to the ultimate delivery of the photos. He is fun, easy going, encouraging, and unfailingly positive and able to go with the flow. His photos were beyond belief. Every important moment was captured perfectly. It was as if there were 5 of him. We have one moment captured from one angle, and then what seemed like the very next moment captured from what seems to be all the way across the room. He was completely unintrusive while somehow also nailing every single beautiful moment. I could not possibly recommend him highly enough. Thank you Jon!

Friendly, chill photographer with an amazing eye for detail

I could not recommend Jon Lemon more highly as a wedding photographer. He was a delight to work with - well-organized, highly responsive, friendly, accommodating, and extremely chill. Plus, the photos were gorgeous, colorful, bright, and full of joy. He has a true gift for capturing people’s expressions (especially on the dance floor) which made going through our photo album truly feel like reliving our wedding day alongside our friends and family.

We worked with Jon for our civil wedding photos in Brooklyn Heights and couldn't be happier with the whole process. From the moment we got in touch with him for the first time until the handoff of all the photos, the experience was seamless. His extremely organised work methodology made everything smooth and easy.

We spent two hours with him walking around Brooklyn Heights and DUMBO, and the result was a great variety of photos. Jon's got a special eye for lighting, composition and editing. On top of everything, his personality while working made it possible for us to act natural in front of the camera.

100% recommend working with him. It will be fun and the final edits will be memorable.

Central Park Micro wedding

JC photography is 10/10! Jon is a true professional and creates the most magical photos. He perfectly captured our Central Park elopement and was invaluable on our special day. He seamlessly fit into our day and took the lead when needed to ensure he got the best photos! Can not recommend more highly!

A Gem of a Photographer and Person!

We absolutely adore the photos of our small, intimate wedding. Jon was excellent at helping us relax during our photo sessions (we're not the most extroverted couple). He was super accommodating with all our requests. And with a small guest list of five, he was so exceptionally friendly and professional with our loved ones. He also went the extra mile at times like helping us find a lost guest in the park. We couldn't recommend Jon enough!

Awesome to work with!

Jon was simply a pleasure to work with and everything we were looking for in a photographer for our Coney Island boardwalk wedding. His artistic eye was on point and it was fun to watch him see art and awesome shot set ups all around us. He is extremely personable and friendly; it really was like hanging out with an old friend who is extremely talented! I can’t wait to see everything he captured that day! I would highly recommend his services!

Beautiful photos (and a fun shoot!)

We hired Jon to photograph our wedding in May which we ended up having to cancel due to the pandemic. We still wanted beautiful photos to celebrate our marriage and Jon was amazingly flexible about changing the plan. We did a photo shoot with him in October around Brooklyn Heights and Brooklyn Bridge Park and could not be happier with the results! All of our friends and family keep saying how "us" the pictures are. The details of each photo are beautiful - from great angles to perfect lighting, Jon knew exactly where to pose us and was super fun and friendly to be with. Highly recommend!

Exceptional Elopement Photographer!

Wow! Given how much uncertainty and change we had to manage around postponing our larger wedding due to COVID, it was such a delight to work with someone as professional and easy going as JC Lemon Photography for our elopement. Jon was responsive, transparent and highly prepared during the quick turnaround of planning our elopement. On the day of our wedding, Jon showed up early and was able to scope out areas of Central Park for photos that we never thought of. He immediately put us at ease with his big smile and enthusiasm for our special day. We were completely blown away by Jon's creativity. He really listened to our wishes about the types of photos we wanted while also making sure he got the best photos possible for us. I can't recommend JC Lemon Photography enough. made our wedding a breeze!

Jon had photographed both my wedding & engagement party this past year. he made everything so easy for us. my husband & i are not the best at taking pictures but Jon made everything feel fun ! he got such great shots of us at our wedding- we love all the actions shots from the dance floor! Jon was extremely prompt about keeping us updated, making sure we had enough time at our wedding but still enough time to take pictures, & also making sure we got our pictures in a timely manner afterwards. could not have asked for a better photographer!
